Jeffrey did an instant booking on a Saturday night to check in on the following Sunday, without reading the amenities and or asking any questions about the studio. He did not actually stay there, in fact he sublet it out to someone else. The site says it's a kitchenette and it does have a microwave, Refrigerator, Baking broiling toasting countertop oven and a coffee maker. The studio was spotless when they arrived and there is an area rug in the living area. The unkown person in the unit plugged in a coil burner cooking device and blew out the breakers to both units. I responded immediately to Jeffrey and called spectrum to trouble shoot. Had to send a maintenance person to fix and meet with Spectrum at the house. Had to replace the router. I would not reccomend Jeffrey to rent to, as he missrepresented himself.
