Welcome to Sunny Daze, your laid-back lakefront escape tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac on the Denver side of Lake Norman. This cozy, casual vacation home is all about making memories—whether you're sipping coffee on the dock at sunrise, paddling around the lake, or winding down in the hot tub under the stars.

Inside, the home offers a warm, inviting layout with rustic log cabin charm and all the modern conveniences you need. The main level features an open-concept design with the living, dining, and kitchen areas all flowing together. Leather sofas and armchairs offer the perfect spot to lounge in the living room, with easy access to the deck through sliding doors. The dining area seats 6+ and sits between the living space and a fully stocked kitchen, ready to handle everything from casual breakfasts to full family dinners.

Upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms designed for rest and relaxation. Both the primary suite and the guest bedroom feature king beds and convenient access to full bathrooms, providing privacy and comfort after a fun-filled day on the lake. The lower level of the home adds extra flexibility with additional sleeping areas and a fun hangout zone, including a foosball table for some friendly competition. Choose from one of the two twin over twin bunks- perfect for the teens to take over the lower level.

Outdoors, Sunny Daze delivers everything you'd want in a lakeside getaway. The covered deck and lower patio make it easy to enjoy the lake view rain or shine. Fire up the grill for a barbecue, gather around the fire pit for evening s'mores, or take in the peaceful scenery from the barrel-style hot tub. The large, flat yard offers plenty of space for the kids (and pets!) to play, while the private dock is a prime spot for fishing or lounging with your feet in the water.
For those who love being on the lake, you'll have access to two kayaks and two paddleboards, all with paddles and life jackets provided. It's the perfect setup to launch your own adventure right from the dock.

We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
