The host was awesome and very responsive both before and during our stay. The amenities? Well, if you're looking for either a party house or a house where you don't have to do dishes all the time, this is it! There are plenty of plates, silverware, glasses (water, wine, martini) so that you don't have to do dishes after every meal. Just load everything in the dishwasher and run it when you go to bed. We had nine people in our party, and everyone was quite satisfied with the room arrangements and their beds, which were very comfortable. The great room was ideal for talking and playing games. The main table in the kitchen was the perfect place to sit to keep the cooks company while they were preparing the meals or cleaning up after, and large enough for all of us to eat together. We brought an outdoor Jenga game and played it on the deck in the sunshine with plenty of room for everyone to avoid the blocks when they fell. This house was perfect for us! We may be using it again in the future.

We had a wonderful vacation. House well stocked and comfortable. Close to beach and trails. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. Constantine was a great host. Very responsive.

Location, house & view spectacular. The barbq was left really dirty from previous renters, it was unuseable until cleaned. The hot tub was hot, clean and ready to use. Pictures of furniture availability would be good and # and size of beds in each room would be helpful. Lots of room for large groups. Informational picture for wi-fi and other info was great. If you want shade or covering on upper deck you should bring an ez-up and bungie cords to anchor the ez-up. There is a lack of window coverings, like the downstairs bathroom, that was a bit unnerving and none for the living room, so it got quite warm with the sun beating in. Overall, we would definately rent again.

Frequent Sea Ranch Visitors

Home was spacious and worked well for our group size (10). The kitchen is spacious, has lots of counter space, lots of cabinet space and is very well stocked for entertaining large groups. ***Make sure to do a good clean up after every meal or you will get ants. ***Overall, the place could use more attention by the “Cleaning Crew”. Both the deck and the garage were in need of cleaning. We cleaned the deck ourselves, but the garage would require the owner’s attention to improve its condition. We did not utilize the hot tub at all and the “Office” is only somewhat usable as is. We also had a problem with the BBQ (filthy & didn’t work) when we arrived, but the Host responded to our concerns immediately and had a new one delivered and assembled by his maintenance man. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!!

We had a great time. We wish there had been one more bathroom, but it was listed accurately. Plenty of room, very clean. The microwave needs replacing but everything else worked great.

Wonderful Meadow Home

This is wonderful place with an ocean view. Conveniently close to the Del Mar Center and the Bluff Trail. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room for the whole family. We had a great time.

Sea Ranch Family Birthday Party

(The home is comfortable and spacious. It is well equipped and its four bedrooms fit us thirteen family members very well. The upstairs family room with an open kitchen is spacious. The main Sea Ranch is right across the street, a short walk. All in all the property worked very well for us for the three day Chinese New Year weekend. The owners instructions were good as were all our communications with him. I give the property a definite thumbs up!

Amazing property

This home was perfect for my family of 10. The house and views from the property were fantastic. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Keep in mind there is a large staircase in the house when bringing small children. My granddaughters are 2 & 4 and they did fine but we watched them constantly. I would highly recommend for an amazing stay.

Family Gathering - September 2023

The property was accommodating for our large group, it was located across the street from the recreation center and walking distance to walking paths and the bluffs. We definitely enjoyed the outdoors and the property location was convenient. A new hot tub was delivered making the evenings enjoyable. The bedrooms provided options for a number of people, however the mattresses were not great. The linens are in need of upgrading and extra sheets and blankets would be recommended. The kitchen provided a garage sale fib with appliances, dishes, and utensils. It was a treasure hunt to find items with the lack of organization and cabinets making meal prep a game. Our big dinner night was instantly halted due to the BBQ not firing all cylinders resulting in other options. The BBQ will need maintenance or be replaced. We were visited by a mouse coming from the dishwasher and the awful smell from the laundry room had to be from a rodent trapped in the wall leaving us to believe there is a small issue at the house. The garbage shed is gross and is in dire need of attention, and could be the source. In the end, I would book again, the home size and convenience was great. But be cautious if you have someone that struggles with stairs, the kitchen and living room are on the second story.

Perfect Lodging for Family Reunion Nearby in Sea Ranch

Our host, Constantine, was a delight to work with from start to finish. We greatly appreciated his timely communication and graciousness in accommodating our group. The home was well-located (near Gualala, the golf links, and our family reunion events a few miles down the road). Parking for our 4 cars on the property was perfect, as was proximity to walking/running paths along the beach. The master bedroom/bath was spacious with wonderful windows. (Note no hang-up closet space was provided--other than a hook behind the master bath door.) Other bedrooms were downstairs (at entry level) and provided adequate sleeping space as advertised (the corner room was nice). Rooms on this level all shared a single small bathroom. The upstairs is served well by a half-bath and spacious master bedroom bath/shower/tub. (Night lights in all bathrooms would be a helpful addition.) Great laundry room facilities, kitchen appliances and space for gathering in the living room/dining/kitchen area. A bit of general property updating, and checking/replacing lightbulbs might be considered. Bottom line: The home most surely did the trick for us, the location was wonderful and our host was the best. We are truly grateful and had a terrific time at our reunion and exploring this beautiful interesting area.

Family Get-together

The property was exactly as described. This is a beautiful area with so much to see and do. We enjoyed hikes on the bluff trail and saw seals, sea lions, and even a breaching whale! On land there were beautiful deer. The rugged coastline is the star of the show! This is a great place to relax and slow down. Thank you for making is available. We were a fairly large group of 11 people and the house had plenty of space and elbow room. The house could have easily fit even a larger gathering.

The property was pretty much as described. We had a few issues wih some house keeping matters but constantine was very receptive to the problems and rectified them fairly quickly. The home is large and roomy. We had a family of 10 and there was plenty of space. The stairs maybe an issue for some people. So many wonders beaches close by. Overall we would definitely say again.

Beautiful Home with a Great View

This home is an excellent spot for a medium to large group. The property manager is extremely responsive and helpful. The kitchen is large and well supplied with cooking and baking equipment. I would echo a previous review: The kitchen, dining, and living areas are all on the 2nd floor. There is a tall/long spiral stair that would be difficult to impossible to navigate for some guests.
