Villa 19 Silver Palms is a new (December 2022) modern, stylish, contemporary, and spacious villa located in Bon Accord. It's very close to the airport, the popular Crown Point area, and the beaches at Store Bay and Pigeon Point. It has a large tri-depth swimming pool, suitable for children of all ages as well as non-swimming adults.

Pool was amazing, water was clean and warm . House was clean , well equipped with everything to enjoy a nice quiet vacation. Location was also convenient, minutes away from the airport and beaches . Would definitely be staying here again.

Comes as advertised. The community is still under construction but otherwise it’s a great location close to everything and the property itself is outstanding. Host was very easy to reach and answered all questions. Great for large families.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The villa was just as advertised and the location was ideal. The accomodations were very comfortable for my group of 8 persons. We felt safe and the cleaning staff were all courteous.

Beautiful Property & Convenient Location

Came to visit Tobago for the first time and very glad to have opted for this property rather than a hotel. The property was clean, convenient to the airport and central road for travel through the island. Pool was a gorgeous addition, as well as the outdoor seating area. Check-in process was a little confusing but once we figured it out it was a great stay with lots of privacy.

This place was absolutely beautiful and clean. Communication with the host was easy and we were able to maneuver entrance and exit easily. Loved it here and will def be back

"Perfect Family Getaway"

We loved this modern home; it was ideal for our family of 9, and we had a fantastic time in the pool. The space was not only beautifully designed but also clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. We also truly appreciated the hospitality and flexibility of our host. The location was perfect, offering both the convenience of nearby shops and beaches and a great atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again. Convenient + Incredible Host

We stayed here with our family of 10 and everything was great! Super clean, close to the beach, and in a great location. Our flight arrived early and our host went out of his way to come and pick us up and take us to the home since our ride was scheduled for later. We will definitely stay here again!

Tobago Staycation

The property was better than advertised. Everything was clean and ready for us on check in. Mr Alleyne was a pleasant and helpful host... And, as expected, the pool was the highlight of the stay, especially with 4 children and a few non-swimming adults. We definitely look forward to staying here again.

Family Vacation

We stayed here for our family vacation and had a wonderful time. Clyde was very efficient making sure check in was smooth. This place is modern very clean and close to everything. The kids loved the pool and there was plenty of space for our group of 9. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to other families to stay here as well.

Perfect Stay in Crown Point

2nd time staying here. It’s in a safe and secure neighborhood, and walking distance to restaurant, bars, shops, along with Store Bay beach. Home is clean, with more than enough linens and everything you need in kitchen. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with host is easy and pleasant. I highly recommend this place for your next visit.

Amazing Home in a great location

Beautiful home, extremely comfortable in a new development/community right in Bon Accord. Walking distance to Store Bay and entertainment district. Minutes from Pigeon Point and the airport. Clyde is very responsive and great host. Looking forward to staying here again in the future

Perfect Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. It is even more beautiful than pictured online. The home was modern, clean and spacious. We loved that each bedroom had its own en suite. We also very much appreciated that we literally had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, from kitchen and bathroom supplies to towels for the showers and the pool/beach and extra linen. You can tell that they put extra thought into what is needed to be comfortable. Location was perfect, close to beach, bars, restaurants and the pool was amazing! So many more good things I could say. We would definitely stay again if given the opportunity.

My wife and I are retirees from Trinidad. We have built and managed many high grade rental villas in Tobago over the past 15 years, and our rental guests have always enjoyed their stays at our villas. Many of our bookings are actually repeat bookings from previous guests, or via referrals from our guests to friends or family.

We built our villa in the Silver Palms subdevelopment because it was one of the few gated secure and gated communities in Tobago. It's also located in very close proximity to the airport and Crown Point area, which means that its very centrally located, with the airport, Store Bay and Pigeon Point beaches, groceries and food outlets are literally within 1 - 4 minutes drive.

With its striking and modern design, the villa stands out in the neighborhood. At 2700 square feet in living space, 4 bedrooms and 5 baths, it can easily accommodate larger groups up to 12 persons and still have space for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped. Guest comfort is assured as the villa is completely air conditioned.
