This cozy home has an incredible location to everything you will want to do while in Auburn Hills. The house has been fully fitted to afford all the modern comforts one would expect. Including an electric heater fireplace in the living room that gives a very relaxing, comforting feeling. The home is on a 1/2 acre lot with a completely fenced in backyard, including an outside grill and a concrete patio to enjoy with outdoor furniture and games. The kitchen has plenty of room to cook and prepare meals with family and friends, for those who want to stay in and relax. A coffee bar, which includes a drip pot and Keurig, is provided in the kitchen, including all the other kitchen essentials. There are 5 smart TV’s & HIGH SPEED WI-FI for your technology. I’ve included corner guards, cabinet locks, and 2 baby gates on the main floor near both sets of stairs. There is ample parking for your boat in the long driveway if you plan on fishing or your water recreation needs.

With 2 private bedrooms (1 queen bed in each room), 1 upstairs bungalow (trundle bed with two twin mattresses) & 1 full bath, this charming home offers plenty of sleeping arrangements for up to 6 people. New trundle bed with two twin mattresses upstairs in the bungalow. Including a twin sleeper ottoman, if needed. Each of the bedrooms are provided with blackout curtains that are great for a good night’s sleep. Serta 3 inch mattress topper in the master bedroom. The basement has two comfortable reclining couches, lazy boy chair, and a Foosball table that turns into a ping pong table and other little games, like checkers. Also a ring toss game and a dartboard to enjoy. There is also a Laundry Room with washer and dryer, including hangers, an iron and ironing board station. Everything is washed and dryed with sensitive skin fragrance free detergent, softener and dryer sheets.

There are lots of restaurants near by! You are just 3 minutes from Fieldstone Golf Course. You are 15 minutes to Waterford Oaks Waterpark! Other activities like shopping, including Great Lakes Crossing (7 minutes), downtown Rochester (15 minutes) and the Village of Rochester Hills (8 minutes). Top Golf (7 minutes) and the Hub (5 minutes) and concerts at Pine Knob (13 minutes) or Meadowbrook Hall (11 minutes). Have family or friends at Oakland University?
