Ideal Location

Nice little place to rest your head. Had everything a person could need. Would stay again if in the area.

Cute & comfy

The house is small but it’s location in an older quiet neighborhood made it perfect for us. It is located close to grocery stores and restaurants. The outdoor space was beautiful and complete with a bunny!

Beautiful House

The house is very clean and nice. The beds and pillows were both very comfortable. They had stocked the house with just about everything you could possibly need. Really the only thing I didn’t care for was that although the living room is esthetically pleasing the furniture is not comfortable and cozy for relaxing and watching TV in the evening.

Great in Broken Arrow

We enjoyed the ability to stay close to our kids and their family. We so much prefer your home to a cold and tiny hotel room. Thanks so much! We will be back! Also, thanks for having us for the night before ThanksGiving! It meant a lot to us!

Several repairs/cleaning needed

This property was convenient and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. However, there were a number of issues that make it hard to understand how this property has an exceptional rating. First, there is no hot tub despite it being listed in the amenities. Upon arrival we almost immediately noted a bad smell coming from the kitchen drain. The kitchen doors lack runners/hardware to secure them so they dislodge and fall out. The hinges on the door to the dishwasher are worn out or broken, so the door falls almost to the floor when you open it, and the bottom rack comes crashing out. The hood/vent above the stove is coming loose and sagging on one side. The light in it is out, and the underside is rusted and filthy. The display on the microwave does not work property. The floor lamp in the living room is missing the stem, so you can't turn it on. The ceiling fan in the living room is missing the chain for the light, so you can't turn that light off. The remote to the TV in the living room doesn't work; the remote to the TV in the master bedroom has a button that's falling off, so it's difficult to work. The only can opener is a manual type that is dull, rusted and useless. The rug in the living room (not the same as in the pictures) curls up on the side that gets the most traffic through the room, which creates a trip hazard. The lock to the main bathroom does not work. The cumulative effects made for an exasperating experience.

I particularly like how close it is to the downtown Rose District with walkable shops, restaurants, museums and art studios. The home is also easily accessible to major highways and just minutes from Tulsa proper.
