The overall stay was great and the host responds in a timely manner. Only thing is wish it were televisions in all the bedrooms and blinds.

Great Family Rental!!

Great rental. Lots of space for multiple family members to stay together while on vacation. Great communication with the owner and great instructions on check in and out. The house is beautiful and extremely clean!! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property.

Great affordable option for large group

My group enjoyed their weekend stay here for a nearby event. Most of the other places we were looking at for our group of 12 had many bed crammed into a few rooms, so it was nice to find this place with 6 bedrooms so folks could have a bit more privacy. Kitchen was great for prepping a group meal. We had a little issue with the AC on the 1st floor when we first check in, but host was very responsive about getting it resolved.

Family getaway

This was the perfect home for our family! The pictures are exactly what this home looks like. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The home owner responded to us immediately which was extremely helpful and appreciated. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay!!

Comfortable Home Base For LA

The host is responsive, professional, and very accommodating; we would return and highly recommend it. The neighborhood od is quiet, safe, and close to downtown LA, Dodger stadium. The home is family oriented and very comfortable, with nice upgrades all around.

The Universal MARIO trip

The house was very nice. 6 bedrooms 3 bath fit 8 adult size, 1 infant perfect.the property was very nice. We were within our own compound.Anywhere you go the surrounding area is always in quertion. Loved it !

Amazing and very spacious

The home was very beautiful and spacious. Our whole family fit comfortably and the kids loved having a space to play in. The included amenities are great as well and the views from the upstairs balcony and bathroom are amazing. I definitely recommend staying here, Jose was always quick to respond and help which is a big plus.

Great Place to Stay!

I really enjoyed staying at this property! Our group consisted of volleyball caoches in town for a tournament, and there was plenty of space for each to have their own bed. Additionally the house is extremely well cared for and well constructed. If I had anything to complain about it would be that parking was limited, but it's LA so I knew what I was getting into!! We will absolutely be renting this house again!

Wonderful new duplex in an already established neighborhood. Close to so many things and access to freeway options nearby. Owners are super friendly, helpful and responsive. Parking for 5 vehicles was a little tricky but still very doable and I’m sure that many cars in one group isn’t the normal case for vehicles at one time. Special situation for our group this trip. Great setup and layout. Clean and comfortable for our crew! Thanks J&A!

Great property

Jose’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay. We had some exciting news that we wanted to share with our family and needed some extra space to do so. Jose made sure we were well accommodated and the house was immaculate. He immediately responded to any requests we had although there were very few. He just made us feel like it was actually our home for that time. I plan on only booking with him or any properties he is associated with.

Everything you need

We had extended family (my husband and I, grandma, and our adult kids) for graduation at USC. It was less than half an hour from campus, and there was plenty of room, including a first-floor bedroom and a full bath for grandma (two bedrooms on the first floor and 3 on the second; one bathroom on the first floor and two on the second). Everything looked new and the finishes were very tasteful. The showers were tiled to the ceiling, quartz countertops in the kitchen, in-house laundry equipment, and all the basics for cooking. We used all of it. It is very modern and a bit spare, but just what you need when you have a big crew. The house echoes a lot, and you can hear everything in every room, so it's a bit loud inside. You can also hear the noise from the street. If you need 100% privacy or you need to sleep in the daytime, it may not be great. However, for us, the upsides outweigh that. There were good views from the upstairs windows. The owner was delightful, kind, and accessible. I thank him and his wife for an incredible stay!

Nice property, bad parking

The house was very clean and the owners were always responsive. The parking was not ideal. There are two separate units sharing a tiny parking area with a manual opening gate. The parking is very narrow and we had to move our car multiple times to accommodate the other tenants and vice versa. The king bedroom didn't have shades on the windows and there was not much furniture. There was a slide on the bunkbed that my kids adored. It might have been my 2-year old's favorite part of the trip.

Séjour familial réussi malgré un début chaotique.

Notre séjour en famille dans cette maison a été globalement très agréable. Les informations pour accéder au logement ne nous pas été transmises à temps, ce qui a causé quelques désagréments. Nos tentatives pour joindre le propriétaire sont restées dans réponses et la plateforme n'a pas pu nous aider davantage. Cependant une fois installés, nous avons apprécié la propreté générale du logement et les équipements. La communication avec le gérant bien que tardive s'est avérée satisfaisante par la suite. L'emplacement de la maison et son environnement convenaient à nos besoins.
