New apartment, built 2022, right next to food, shopping and most of all the beautiful beaches of Punta Cana! This unit is a 2 bedroom with 2 full bathroom and your very own, private, outdoor pool! Each bedroom has queen sized beds, TVs, and a sleeper sofa. The outdoor space is quite stunning with access from the bedroom and your own private pool. Full kitchen, stove, refrigerator and more. Enjoy a rooftop infinity pool with great views as well! Just a short walk to the ocean.

We will take a reading of the electric meter at the time of check-in and at the check-out and then calculate the energy cost based on consumption. If you use the A/C only at night, the costs should be approximately as follows:
• 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day.
• 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day.
• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.

We can provide a complimentary FREE airport pick-up service to guests staying at this property (up to 4 guests). This service must be booked at least 48 hours prior to arrival and is available until 7:00pm local time. We can also provide airport drop-off services as well (up to 4 guests) with an addition charge of $30 for the drop-off.

Another very unique option we can provide to our guests is the ability to have your own cook come and provide meal services for you by either cooking or delivering meals to the penthouse apartment. The cost for this service varies, so please contact us to inquire more about this.
