Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Close to highway 75 and 121. Easy access to best restaurants around the Allen area. The house has all the amenities, including centralized air conditioning and heating with high speed Wi-Fi and TV. Large yards with nice siting area at patio. Two car parking garage and 2-3 car park at the drive way. The house has completely remodeled. 4 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms and each room has one queen size bed. Total 8 people can sleep

We were not told of road and driveway construction going on. When we arrived there was zero street parking and the driveway had a CAT bulldozer there. We had to work with the construction crew to create spaces to park on the street. The driveway was not usable during our stay, nails were in the yard, and the front step to the house was broken and wobbling. We understand the crew was from the city, but the owner did know prior to our arrival and had not warned us of that or the step. I am glad we didn't have children with us. These were safety issues. Inside the house was clean and as advertised but we spent minimal time there.

Clean, comfy, and lots of room

We were in town for a softball tournament and this home was perfect for our group. Beds were super comfy and roomy, everything was clean, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Family time in Allen, TX

This is our second stay at this home. It is a great place to gather with family. The outside area is great. It has ample seating and covered and uncovered space. The table is a great place for family game night. It was convenient with laundry, dish washer and a stocked kitchen. Owner always responded quickly to any questions prior to and during trip. Great Location for our needs!

Accommodations

Overall the accommodations were good. Id suggest a few things that could improve including providing xtra towels and washcloths for overflow. In addition, i'd definitely add TVs to the 2 smaller rooms. The front porch should be repaired to prevent accidents and injuries. The house was clean and neat and the neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the host was good.

Perfect house for a large group

This house was perfect for our group of 7! Everyone who wanted their own bed had one, and they even set up a last minute pop up bed for my teenager that was extremely comfortable. The host is amazing and replied quickly. They are remodeling the house and adding thoughtful details like a fire pit. It was well stocked, the neighborhood is charming and has a park less than a block away, beds are comfortable, and plenty of bathrooms! Great host great place! Oh and the location is perfect for sightseeing all around Dallas.

Clean and Convenient

Our trip included 4 adult women and we chose this clean and convenient home because we toured the South Fork Ranch (from the Dallas TV show) and it was very convenient to that location. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and good restaurants. Allen, Texas is a very quaint . . . and trending to an upscale town. We very much enjoyed our stay. We would come back to this location and home again if our travels brought us back to this destination!

Great communication

This place was a wonderful place to stay. It has two master suites, one on each end of the house. It was perfect for our family get together. It had a nice dining room which we used to play card games. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. The neighbors were friendly as well. It was a very safe place. We definitely would stay here again if we come back. There were snacks and drinks as well. This home was excellent for our family get together.
