Family vacation

It was an easy check in. Cindy was so nice and helpful. The houses was nice and clean. We were close to many of the beaches.

The house had all the comforts of home, located in the middle of the northern coast and a affordable listing price. Cindy and Moyo were terrific hosts.

Clean place . Felt like home.

The rental was very clean and had everything you need to enjoy P.R. Bakery down the street and a small but good food market.The Pincos down the street were so tasty ! I'll stay here again next trip! Thank you Ohhh yeah ac works solid.

Highly recommend this place.

I will highly recommend this place, clean, great area. The owner is always available via phone, place is fully furnished for an affordable price a night. I will rent this place again once I travel to the island again.. give star rating for sure.

Ariel was a real super host . Helped us in many ways . Helped us when we were lost nearby , when we had a power outage brought us goodies, suggested places to eat & visit . The apartment was super clean and modern . Just like the pictures.

Great experience and amazing host!

Let me begin by saying that staying in this property was a great choice. The property is in a safe neighborhood, it was very comfortable for our family of five . The host was very attentive and answered our questions right away. I lost my keys in the beach during our trip and right away the host send someone to open and gave us a new set of key. I will be staying at this property for my future trips to Puerto Rico! 100%

Lovely, cozy little place for our family of 6

Just what we needed, a place to call home away from visiting our family in Puerto Rico. Plenty of sleeping space, spacious kitchen, friendly neighbors (including the cute little neighborhood pup who we think was named "Obie" who was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived). We were greeted with a few shower supplies and some thoughtful PR gifts from our host. We were not expecting luxury in this rental, however, everything we experienced was exactly what we expected and needed. The ACs worked well, almost too well. The place was close to the expressway, and close enough to the beach. The washing machine was a little difficult to use as it only allowed for a few items at a time, but it worked for our needs. There was not a hot tub as per the property description, but that was ok. Everything was just great, and we really enjoyed our stay! My kids gave a heartfelt goodbye and thank you when we left! Beautiful experience in PR, thank you! :)

Too hot to handle….

We got to the place and we had to park one of our vehicles on the sidewalk cause the street was too small for two way traffic, communications with owner weren’t on time by trying to open the place. Once we in the place, it was steaming hot inside, with a strong ammonia like odor that was coming from the bathroom. Supposed to be an AC unit but only one bedroom and living room had AC, the other 2 bedrooms had only a fan each, (it was a very hot week in that area). The kitchen did not had no pots or pans to cook, and we had just made groceries for a in home meal. We stayed only one night and booked another place way closer to the beach the rest of the week.

Roaches!

Our experience was absolutely horrendous. There was cockroaches in the property all over the kitchen. Property management was not taking the initiative to approach the situation. She sent a cleaning lady to sweep and mop as if that was gonna get rid of the roaches I spent almost 700 for our stay and I was refunded only 45 back for the inconvenience. My family and I had to sleep with our luggage is on our bed to try to keep roaches from getting into our luggage. We tried to do our own treatments that we bought at the store with our own expenses, but that didn’t help the situation. The house was so inconsiderate to not even reimbursed us for what we spent on the treatments to the house. This was an awful experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
