The home's open-plan design and carefully created spaces make this the perfect Cape Town escape, be it for business or pleasure. ⭐ Perfectly located within walking distance of restaurants, the beach and epic kitesurfing on your doorstep.
The Space:
This fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home (shower in each bathroom) has been tastefully set up to give you everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
Super fast fiber (uncapped) and TV is always on for you with our deep cycle batteries!
You will also have access to your own private garage to park your car, or you can use the visitors parking area.
The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area give you vast views of the oceans and mountains, and the extra large wrap around balcony puts you right in the ocean action.
The master bedroom has its own seating area, as well as an extra length king size bed. The other two bedrooms can be set up with either king size beds, or converted to single beds as your needs desire.
You also have access to the safe off street parking!
Guest Access:
You have access to the entire apartment (the whole of the 9th floor). You can access the complex pool and off street parking areas.
The Neighborhood:
Blouberg strand is famous for the best kitesurfing in the world! And this apartment is right on the beach where you can watch all the action and big jumps!
You have the well known restaurants a short walk away, and three big shopping malls and supermarkets less than 2km dive.
Getting Around:
Uber drivers are minutes away and public transport also stops right close to the building.
With easy access to Cape Town city center (15 minutes drive) as well close to the famous winelands of Durbanville, this is a great place to base your stay from.
