Fantastic location for a family trip to watch HS softball in Murfreesboro. 40 min to Murfreesboro and 10 min or less to Broadway. Easy access with parking on Street and in the lot behind the unit. Communication was great with very quick responses. It is a lot of stairs, but worth it! Great bedrooms & tons of space. We loved the kitchen/living room and the patio!

The host was amazing by keeping open communication to this property. The apartment was absolutely beautiful with amazing views of the Nashville skyline. I truly recommend staying here if visiting the area.

We had a mostly positive stay at this condo. The location was great, well-equipped kitchen and the unit had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The rooftop area was amazing! We did run into a couple of maintenance issues during our stay that needed attention. However, the host was extremely responsive and addressed everything quickly, which made a big difference. Communication was excellent throughout our stay.Overall, we’d recommend this condo with the understanding that minor issues can arise (as with any property), but the host’s attentiveness to help resolve one of the major maintenance issue was appreciated. Thanks again to the host!”

Unit was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet with the exception of some highway noise The rooftop deck and grill were great. It was a great place to stay for meetings.

Overall, the experience was great. A little rocky at first, but ended up great. The property manager was great to deal with and the unit was awesome. Quiet and comfortable, the roof top deck was a really nice feature with a gas grill and gas fireplace. We had a great trip

Great visit to Nashville. The property manager was terrific communicating with me. We actually surprised the cleaning gal while she was finishing up … she was great! Don’t remember her name, but I would recommend her to other property owners.

Pleasant Experience

The overall stay was amazing and property manager was very responsive in trying to help. There was a delay in us getting checked in due to the cleaning of the home, but once settled in it was good. The rooftop was amazing! There was plenty of space for everyone. Also the bunk beds were a little difficult to get into but were very comfortable- would recommend for younger children.

The property itself is very nice lots of stairs but the neighborhood surrounding the codons is very run-down. My truck was parked outside the condo and stolen during the 2nd night of our stay.

Property is nice but we had some issues

We arrived to unmade beds. Cleaner showed up a few minutes later but stayed for 2 hours and left sheets in dryer. Kitchen was not stocked for 12 and there were no pot holders. Rooftop tv (main reason for renting) was falling off the wall. While they were quick to respond to every need it took two hours to fix it and we missed our movie night. Nice property, great location but too many issues for the price we paid. They also charge for every person over 8 people even though advertised for 12!

The place was nice and easy to get to. Parking was great. Location to was great. Close to Vanderbilt area and close to Broadway. Very roomy, plenty of towels and washrags. We would stay again! Communication with the host was prompt each time!
