Our family was in town for a wedding. This was a great house to gather in, in between the festivities. It’s got a great big kitchen which is open to the dining and living area. Everything was very comfortable, the house was close to wineries, as well as the downtown area which was very convenient. The owners were lovely to let us check in early. We would definitely book the house again if in the area!

Great property, well kept and stocked. Our group of 6 was very comfortable and made good use of the hot tub and outdoor seating areas. Definitely recommend.

Everything about the property was as it was described and more. Check in and check out was very easy, Katheine is wonderful. So close to Healdsburg Square, grocery store and wineries. Lovely kitchen with so many beautiful outdoor areas, only wish we had more time to enjoy. We hope to return soon.

Great place in Healdsburg

Nice quiet location with a lot of space and everything was well maintained. There is a Healdsburg open space area which has nice hiking trails that are easy and only 5 minutes from house.

Beautiful light filled home

This is a beautiful home, 5 min from everything Healdsburg! Close to downtown and all the amazing dry creek wineries. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

The house is really nice. Freshly renovated. Nice neighborhood with nice distance between homes. Great outdoor decks & pit area with functional and tasteful outdoor lighting. Private. About 10 minutes to central Healdsburg.

Beautiful home!

We rented this home for a girls weekend. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. The property and outside patios were so peaceful. The home is less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Healdsburg. So many cute shops and delicious restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Katherine was also an awesome host and quick to respond.

Quiet, private, and oh so comfortable!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Healdsburg property. It was so comfortable, well appointed, spacious, and the yard is absolutely gorgeous! I wish we had had more time to enjoy it! Proximity to town was great too... a quick 5 minute uber ride to dinner. We never had any trouble getting a car. All around, the perfect weekend!! Thanks Katharine.

Better than expected

The home was more than we ever expected! We had plenty of room and enjoyed the back deck since the weather was so nice. The home is private and quiet. The owner knew we were a party of 8, so she even had the fold out set up for us. She responded to texts quickly and was very helpful. We would highly recommend this home!

30th Birthday for Daughter

This was a family and close friends gathering to take our daughter to Sonoma and Napa for her wine education and to celebrate her turning 30:). We visited 3 vineyards a day with scheduled tastings and had a great time :) The house was perfect for us and a great place to just relax and chill each evening and gear up for each day! Perfect ! Not one negative thing to say!!

A quiet slice of heaven in the perfect location

We could not be more pleased with our stay on Chiquita Rd.! The home was perfectly set up for our family. Nestled on a quiet street, on a beautiful property we had a perfect place to relax after our wine tours. Our wine tour guides said what a great location the home was for heading anywhere in the wine country. Conveniently located so close to downtown Healdsburg we were able to enjoy the culinary hotspots every evening for dinner. The home had everything that we needed and then some. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in at the end of the day. Katherine has been wonderful to communicate with. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect House

We had an incredible stay at Katherine's house. She was beyond accomodating to us with early check in and late check out. We were in town for our son's wedding and the house was the perfect place to not only host friends and family but to store all the wedding "stuff" and to cut and a arrange 200+ vases of flowers for the tables at the wedding. There were 8 of us and the layout of the house was just perfect for a large group. It is also decorated beautifully. It was VERY hot so we didn't make use of all of the outdoor spaces but they were lovely. Highly recommend this home for any large group.

The Perfect Spot for our Weekend Getaway!

This property was an amazing gem!!! The outside and inside felt so welcoming! A beautiful home where the garden was in bloom with lavender lining the long spacious driveway. The interior design of contemporary furnishings with modern art on the walls were all tastefully chosen. Everything was placed appropriately to create warmth and flow in the house with lots of natural light and an open floor plan. We enjoyed the 2 floors of decks and it’s natural setting of trees pathways and flowering bushes. The hot tub was especially great because it was already heated and was ready for us to relax. We all felt so at home immediately, and every part of the house inside and outside were PERFECT for our Bridal girls getaway weekend! A huge THANK YOU to our host Katherine for sharing her beautiful home with us, for offering advice on all things to do in Healdsburg, and for her simple and seamless check in and checkout directions! A 5+ stars experience! I highly recommend this stay for families,friends, and definitely the PERFECT place for a girls getaway!!!
