Felt like a bait and switch
Don’t expect to get anything like the pictured listing. It states that you will get what is available but our rooms were nothing like what was pictured. They were smaller and not as clean as they looked. We had two rooms and both were old (the place needs a lot of upgrades) and didn’t feel clean. The hot water took forever when you showered. There was no microwave which seems like a cheap amenity to add. There was a small stove and oven but you had to ask for the pots and pans to use. Our fridge didn’t work when we got there. They took another one out of an empty room but all the fridges are older and don’t get that cold. Don’t try to freeze anything in the small top area as it doesn’t work. On top of all of this there were extra fees that had to be paid when you checked in that were not mentioned in VRBO fees. You would be better just booking a hotel room instead of this. Oh, and their lobby was pumped full of fragrance so strong it made me sick. Almost like they were hiding a smell.
