Great location for slopes and town

Condo was a good size and perfect location, but quite outdated-could use some new furniture and mattresses-but the price was right and everything worked fine. Would stay here again for sure.

We loved the location of this condo!!. It’s in easy walking distance to the lift and to town. It had most everything we needed for our stay. I only gave it 4 because it is pretty outdated but we didn’t mind. We would stay again. The management company was great to work with and communicated well.

Great location!

We had a great time with family and friends at this great location. It was a surprisingly quiet location right in the middle of everything. The night view of the town was beautiful and the location to skiing and town was perfect. Although there was only one parking spot we found another place for the second car. Management was handy when we had a couple little issues. We would stay here again.

Paying for the Location

Location is great, however the condo leaves a lot to be desired. Very outdated for the cost, not to mention a bit dirty (dishes, walls/ceiling, and a disgusting humidifier in the bottom room). If it was t for the location in town and quick walk to the Quicksilver chair, it’d get one star.

Beds are awful! But great location & price

Of course the wide lens pictures make it look bigger than reality, but good place to crash while skiing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condo was satisfactory as a place to use as a home base. Hover, it could use some maintenance. The paint could be refreshed, mechanicals such as doors and windows need repair, and the radio doesn't work. Lastly and more basic, the tea pot would not heat water for tea. We used the microwave.

Can’t beat the location!

Awesome location, way cheaper than the lodging literally right across the street. The unit is dated but was perfect for us, you can walk everywhere if you wanted to. The beds were uncomfortable though and definitely need to be updated. With that said, I would stay here again.

Great Location and Management Company

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location and the management team was very helpful and quick to address problems.The condo is not updated, at all. It is all original. Mattresses are bad, rooms are dark (management did provide an additional lamp). Cabinets are dirty inside from accumulated dust. Hard to recommend this specific unit, but the management team has other units.

Great location

Check in and out was easy. The condo is in a great location. It's a short walk to the lift, restaurants, bars, etc. The place itself was as expected/listed and comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location (across from the Village and Quicksilver lift). Reasonably priced. Restaurant, equipment rental, shop, and laundry in the same building. Close walk to shops on Main St. Clean property w/all necessities, but old and dated. Fresh paint and minor repairs are greatly needed (upstairs tub needs stopper, downstairs bathroom sink base/floor trim broken, more lighting needed in both bedrooms). Queen bed downstairs is extremely UNcomfortable (simple fix is a mattress topper). Heater in the same room makes frequent ticking noises, so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs! If they make minor improvements (per above), I would rent again. You can't beat the location!

Older space but PERFECT location!

This property was a little outdated, but could not have gotten more perfect for a location. Across the street from quicksilver chairlift, places to eat and shop! It was awesome to park the car and not need it again until we left!

Great location

We had a great time during our stay. The condo is centrally located for going out on the mountain and for going out in town.

Perfect size for family of 5 with 3 teenage kids. Walking distance to slopes and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location but very outdated place

The location was perfect with easy access to tre Quicksilver lift on peak 9 and right off Main Street where you can walk to all the shops and restaurants. However, the condo was VERY outdated and the living room furniture, as well as the beds, were very uncomfortable. You also cannot control the temperature so it was very hot unless you opened a door or window. It was very small; so while it easily slept our family of five, there was not much room to hang out at night or even sit down to eat. The ski rental shop was conveniently located in the same building and there is a good Mexican restaurant onsite. The down side is your condo smells like Mexican food at night. And, the tenants below this unit, put a note on our door to not walk around in our ski boots. They even came up to complain one night when we had another family over for dinner. We are not a loud party crew so I think having a younger crowd stay here could be a problem w noise. Our trip to Breck was amazing. Great skiing and LOVE Main Street. The condo was mediocre at best.

Perfect Location

Our family of four stayed at the Der Steiermark property for 5 nights and four days. The location is perfect. At the property manager's recommendation we rented our equipment right downstairs at Blue River and then were able to walk right across the street to the Quicksilver lift every morning (and I mean right across the street - close enough that our kids could carry their own equipment to and from the lift in the five minute walk!). You are right in town, so food and shopping are all around you. The condo itself was clean and is well stocked for cooking and comfortably can sleep 4-6 people. It definitely could use a refresh, but we didn't go to Breckenridge to sit around the condo.
