This house near downtown Milwaukie is ideal for a long stay and offers the perfect combination of beauty and convenience. with a secluded, peaceful, and lovely neighborhood :), it has the amenities needed for your stay. very large fully equipped kitchen, toaster, crook pots, baking dishes, separate refrigerator, and pantry area.
Two full bathrooms, a lovely backyard for relaxing, we have a gardener that comes every week.
This is a well-established neighborhood, safe and quiet. 3 miles away from Downtown Milwaukie where you can visit restaurants and stores, and also enjoy the Willamette river view.

The first night we froze as the wall thermostat was non functional… after texting the owner he turned up the wall units from 60 degrees to 63. Then finally told us about the wall mounted units. The last night we were there, he played ping pong heat with us 8 times where we tried to turn up the heat and he apparently kept turning it off!

The place was updated and clean. It was exactly as pictured. The only complaint is that the wifi went out on the weekend and it was hard to keep warm.

The property looked exactly like the photos listed, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood close to a shopping center. The owner was very responsive to my family's needs whenever I requested something. The property was generally very clean overall, with just some minor issues like a few pieces of hair here and there and some ants, which were not a big deal.

Very clean and well maintained. Little disappointed that it did not have ac. It was very hot in Portland that weekend. Soon realized most people in Portland does not have air conditioning. I would recommend this place for your stay.

This is a beautiful property tucked away in the suburbs of Portland. Did some hiking with family in the area and this was a good launching spot. It was a very clean and roomy two bedroom two bath would love to be able to stay there again. What impress me most about the property is how private it is. I value my privacy to a fault. The neighborhood is quiet and dog friendly there's always people walking their dogs and walking in general. We decided not to rent a car on this trip we used only public transportation. Portland has one of the most impressive transit systems I've ever experienced in a city. A quick Uber ride tothe TriMet and your hopping a 20 minute ride to the city or a 30 minute ride to the airport.

Portland Wedding

This was a very cute home, it is one half of a duplex which I was not aware of when booking, but it was absolutely not an issue. It was very clean and appropriately stocked, only staple i needed to go out and get was laundry detergent. I was very pleased with how secluded the home felt, could not see any of the neighbors lots from the backyard. It has a very nice outdoor space, however i was slightly disappointed at the lack of outdoor furniture, there was only a wooden bench on the patio, made it hard to sit outside and enjoy my morning coffee. My only other negative with this stay was lack of information on check out. No where could I find any communication or information about the expectations on how the property should be left, ie towels and linens laundered, trash taken out, dishes etc. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

This was the perfect "base camp" for our family excursion to Portland. The house was quite nice - well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was peaceful and close to a grocery store, eating establishments and necessities like gas. Making the reservation was super easy and Daniel kept us well informed. Overall a fantastic experience.
