Industrial apartment in the city centre

The Zagreb Industrial Charm 1is located firmly in the heart of the city. Its beauty is made more prolific through its size, featuring a 57 square meter floor plan. Imbued with a historical essence along with a vibrant and visceral lifestyle feel that is further embellished due to its central location. The design is meant to invoke feelings of chic architectural design coupled with a rustic antique essence that will make you feel the charm and vibe of the city flowing through it.

The location is nestled between the crossroads of the performative and classy theatrical center and is, on the other end, steps away from upscale high fashion, food, and nightlife.

As hosts of the Zagreb Industrial Charm 1, we take pride in offering all the amenities that one could possibly desire. As such, it includes an inventive designer loft sleeping area (the ceiling height of the loft is 165cm) with a queen-sized bed, a living room with a large (65-inch) flatscreen TV equipped with cable programs, Netflix and Disney+, and optic internet. Further, the bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a bathtub for a spa-like feel. Moreover, the kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances such as a coffee maker, a kettle, a panini maker, a microwave, an oven stove, and a dishwasher. Finally, the washer and dryer are placed in the walk-in closet that is curated to our heart's content and will hopefully be to yours too.

Comfortably, A/C, central heating, and floor heating are placed throughout the apartment.

We hope that you will enjoy staying in the Zagreb Industrial Charm 1 as much as we enjoyed designing it, but we already know you will. Tuškanac Garage is 10 minutes away by foot and costs 13.30€/day.
Cvjetni Garage is 5 minutes away by foot and costs 30€/day.

Great location and such a lovely spacious apartment! The entry door is within a passage, it helps to know, and there are 70 steps to the apartment. It is a perfect place to stay in Zagreb and the host is so helpful. I’d love to see a book of appliance instructions and maybe a diagram of which light switch is where. 😊 The steps to the loft room were a little scary for me, but I only had to navigate them to sleep; everything else is downstairs. Very cool industrial vibe with lots of unique touches.

You can't beat the location

This apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location is excellent - perfectly positioned to explore Zagreb. The apartment was spotlessly clean with thoughtful touches that made us feel welcomed - from local guides to delightful treats in the fridge. The charming loft-style bedroom , with a comfortable bed, was cozy and added character to this gem. Communication was exceptional from start to finish. the owner even suggested using Uber for our extremly early flight, which worked perfectly for us. If you're looking for a comfortable, conveniently located place with a host who genuinely cares about making your stay special, this is it! Highly recommend!

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and proximity to food, shopping and sites. Easy to walk to all locations. Chocolate Museum was a nice treat too.

It doesn't get any better than this!

What a terrific apartment! Soooo much space, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, fun décor, cafés and restaurants right below on the same street as well as food shops, very short walk to the center of the old town, modern amenities - what more could you want? Add to that a very nice owner who responds to enquiries in record time and you have yourself one memorable stay in Zagreb. She was even nice enough to send over her son at 11pm because we had just arrived and couldn't figure out how to turn on the A/C! (Super simple, we were just exhausted...) Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. Hvala Željka!

Amazing home, away from home.

Close to everything, incredible industrial style loft. The host planned every single detail to make us feel home, from the second we entered the place welcoming with wine, chocolate, milk, fruit and even sleepers, to the moment we left and she gave us the traditional red heart souvenir (the story behind is very sweet). I 100% recommend this place.

Central Zagreb Gem

As promised this is a truly charming “industrial” apartment. The owners have managed to create a wonderfully detailed aesthetic, with no detail left neglected. It’s stocked with all amenities that a traveler could ask for and my host was quick to respond to all of my concerns. Great stay!

Fabulous Apartment Near City Center

We were in awe of the apartment when we opened the door. The place was spectacular. It was a great mix of industrial and nostalgia. The apartment was spotless, organized, and welcoming. We so much appreciated all the little touches that made the stay so comfortable: snacks, coffee, slippers, bathrobe, plug in for phones up by the bed to name a few. I would highly recommend this place as we absolutely loved it! One thing to note - There is a light switch on the wall to the left when you first walk in so you can light the stairway. We came in late at night and we were so glad we asked for pictures of what the entrance looked like. Not being city folks, we would have missed it.

Great place in a great location

I stayed four days over a weekend in this well appointed apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and nicer even than I expected. Communication with Željka was clear and prompt. Great location and despite proximity to activity, including busy restaurants two flights below, it’s surprisingly quiet. I recommend this rental and would happily stay again.

The high ceilings were the first thing that made me fall in love with this property. Of course, its location was its most important aspect, but what really captured me was the high ceilings and that it is a part of the city's historical buildings. The best part was that I was able to renovate it the way I wanted to.
