Spanish villa with pool, spa and outdoor kitchen, centrally located in LA.

We are located on a cul de sac in the quiet residential neighborhood of Ladera Heights. We are in close proximity to all things LA including LAX, beaches, and Sofi LA. We are within 10 to 20 minutes from surrounding cities including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice Beach and Marina del Rey. We especially love to host families as we understand the importance of spending quality time together. With that in mind, we have created an environment to make gathering together special. Although our maximum number of overnight guests is 8, you are welcome to have visitors, but the total number of guests including overnight guests and visitors on the property should never exceed 25. Music at ambient level is also acceptable. We have seasonal rates for pool/spa heating with a two consecutive day minimum requirement. Oct. 1st thru May 31st the rate is $100 and June 1st thru September 30th the rate is $75. We want to ensure that we are a good fit for our guests so we ask a few questions before accepting a booking. We also welcome inquiries before you book as we are always ready to assist in any way we can to ensure you have a great stay!

Beautiful property. Host was super!! Very easy to reach and responsive. House was gorgeous. Few minor updates would make it an overall 5 star…. Two bathrooms with high tubs would benefit from grab bars and tp holders need to be tightened up in primary bathroom. Lived the property, just few tips to make it even better.

Very nice property. Very spacious. Quite comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. A great BBQ set up outside (which we didn't use, but would if we stay here again). Property manager was SUPER attentive and proactive. Great place for a family reunion.

I was beyond impress with the house. This house clearly was a home and felt warm and welcoming. So many little details throughout with the decore, shampoo/bathroom supplies to the well stocked kitchen. The outside was truely an oasis and an extension of the house.

In town for game at the Coliseum. Great location as it gave us access to the beach and easy access to the Coliseum. Quiet neighborhood, beds were great, pool was perfect, and entertaining was easy.

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. Exactly as pictured and has everything you could need. The pool and backyard are fantastic for hanging out and enjoying the beautiful weather. Everything is very well maintained. Angela is the perfect host, she is extremely responsive with every text I sent. Neighborhood is great and location is very central to so much in LA. Would definitely stay again!

Words can't begin to describe how lovely this home is, and how perfect it was for us; eight good friends who get together from all over the country and the world, at least once a year. The host was welcoming and available at all times. Everything worked, everything was clean and tastefully appointed. The kitchen and outdoor barbecue had everything we needed, and the five bedrooms and four baths were comfortable and welcoming. The front courtyard and back yard were as lovely and tranquil as they appear in the photos. This is a quiet neighborhood and a lovingly decorated and cared for home, perfect for 3-4 couples or 8 good friends looking for a peaceful getaway. If that is what you are looking for, you will find nothing finer than this. We are so grateful to Angela, our hostess, for sharing this gem with us.

Perfect Stay

We booked the property for a group of 8 adults and 3 children to see my husband off before a deployment with the US Army Reserves. It was perfect and exceeded our expectations in every way. The space itself was very peaceful and zen. The house seemed professionally decorated, inviting and had a ton of interesting art. There were pool towels readily available and thoughtful touches such as robes in the bedrooms. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful space to enjoy time with friends and family.

The house was exactly as described on the listing. Beautiful, charming, eclectic, and spacious indoor and outdoor. House was like being at a resort; beds were comfortable; bathrooms had all amenities needed. Good distance to UCLA as we were there for graduation weekend.Owner, Angela, was very responsive and accommodating and made us feel “at home” :)Will definitely come back for our 2nd child’s graduation in 2 years!
Enjoyed the pool & hot tub every day!
Foyer was perfect to decorate for our Graduate :)
Plenty of counter space in the kitchen.
Owner had so many beautiful orchid plants throughout the house.

Wonderful experience

We could not have asked for a better set up. This house had everything one could hope for. The pool and jacuzzi were splendid and the art work put the finishing touches on a warm and cozy home away from home. Can't wait to return!

An Oasis in the middle of LA

The house had enough seating for a party of 8 to sit comfortably together in multiple locations within the house: its living room, 2 different, inside and outside dining areas and a large sitting area next to the pool. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of good quality pots, pans, cutlery and dishes. All the house's appliances and electronic devices, e.g., Wi-Fi, worked well. We never tested the TV's but, in addition to the big TV in the living room, there seemed to be a small TV in every bedroom. The house's outside area next to its pool is surrounded by beautiful foliage. We often forgot we were lounging in the middle of a big city. The house's owner was a delightful person. She responded in minutes to any texts we sent her. I could see us coming back to this house in the future.
