Spanish villa with pool, spa and outdoor kitchen, centrally located in LA.

We are located on a cul de sac in the quiet residential neighborhood of Ladera Heights. We are in close proximity to all things LA including LAX, beaches, and Sofi LA. We are within 10 to 20 minutes from surrounding cities including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice Beach and Marina del Rey. We especially love to host families as we understand the importance of spending quality time together. With that in mind, we have created an environment to make gathering together special. Although our maximum number of overnight guests is 8, you are welcome to have visitors, but the total number of guests including overnight guests and visitors on the property should never exceed 25. Music at ambient level is also acceptable. We have seasonal rates for pool/spa heating with a two consecutive day minimum requirement. Oct. 1st thru May 31st the rate is $100 and June 1st thru September 30th the rate is $75. We want to ensure that we are a good fit for our guests so we ask a few questions before accepting a booking. We also welcome inquiries before you book as we are always ready to assist in any way we can to ensure you have a great stay!

This is a spectacular home with beautiful furnishings and amenities. I rented it for a weekend stay with friends, as well as a small bridal shower for my daughter. Everyone was impressed. My friends said they felt like they had spent the weekend at a 5 star hotel, and one guest indicated she was going to look into renting it herself.The host was so responsive and accommodating, it was a pleasure to communicate with her.

Very nice property. Very spacious. Quite comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. A great BBQ set up outside (which we didn't use, but would if we stay here again). Property manager was SUPER attentive and proactive. Great place for a family reunion.

In town for game at the Coliseum. Great location as it gave us access to the beach and easy access to the Coliseum. Quiet neighborhood, beds were great, pool was perfect, and entertaining was easy.

I had my baby shower at Angela’s listing and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Angela couldn’t have been more lovely. We are so so incredibly grateful she hosts her home for groups like us who need a space to host small gatherings. Angela was very communicative and accommodating. The space was so gorgeous but felt really homey and inviting- none of my guests could believe it was a VRBO because it didn’t have that sterile rental feel, it felt like we were just in someone’s (really really beautiful) home. Those of us who stayed for the weekend were also incredibly comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms were gorgeous. Honestly, the house made for the most perfect and memorable weekend that I will remember forever. Huge thank you to Angela for sharing her space. 10/10 all around.

Beautiful property. Host was super!! Very easy to reach and responsive. House was gorgeous. Few minor updates would make it an overall 5 star…. Two bathrooms with high tubs would benefit from grab bars and tp holders need to be tightened up in primary bathroom. Lived the property, just few tips to make it even better.

I really think this is the best VRBO experience I have ever had. The villa is spectacular, immaculately clean and well appointed. But most importantly our host, Angela, was so very interactive and responsive to us. I really have never experienced this level of attention at a VRBO. The back yard feels like a resort; the primary bedroom is beyond amazing; the other four bedrooms are perfect; and the checkout procedures less onerous that many other VRBOs I have stayed in. Our only glitch is that we couldn't find the iron and ironing board (I'm serious that was it) and Angela responded within 5 minutes to our text message. Bravo!! I will be staying at this property with my family in the future.

I was beyond impress with the house. This house clearly was a home and felt warm and welcoming. So many little details throughout with the decore, shampoo/bathroom supplies to the well stocked kitchen. The outside was truely an oasis and an extension of the house.

The house is outstanding. Comfortable, beautifully done, well furnished, and well-designed for privacy. I have stayed at dozens of homes through VRBO and other rental services, and Angela is by far the best owner I have dealt with. She is responsive, she is invested in making sure guests are comfortable, and she is a joy to deal with.

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. Exactly as pictured and has everything you could need. The pool and backyard are fantastic for hanging out and enjoying the beautiful weather. Everything is very well maintained. Angela is the perfect host, she is extremely responsive with every text I sent. Neighborhood is great and location is very central to so much in LA. Would definitely stay again!
