We stayed at this property with our 6- and 4-year-old and had a wonderful time. The cottage is super cozy, well-maintained, and modern—perfect for a relaxing family getaway. It had all the amenities we needed, which made our stay really comfortable. While you can’t swim at the beach on-site, the main beach is just a quick 5-minute drive away, which we found incredibly convenient. There was plenty of space for everyone, and everything was clean and thoughtfully set up. We absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped retreat.

Time to relax

Lovely location right on the lake. Easily accommodated four adults and one child. Fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Very comfortable. Modern furniture and well laid out. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time staying with the family at this lovely house for a fishing trip. The house was very clean and seems to be a newly renovated, location was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Webs had to be cleared from the doorways of both the entrance and back patio for us to get in.

Great getaway

We were looking for a nice relaxing getaway in this area and found this cottage. It was a beautiful location on the water and the owner has done a great job updating the property. We will definately plan to return again in the future.

Long weekend getaway

Booked with ease this lovely 3 bedroom cottage. Located right on lake Erie. Close to Erieau and Blenhiem amenities. Made for a great long weekend with morning views to die for. Only downside was it was a bit on the bugs side outdoors, but that could be seasonal. The cottage was clean, cool, and well kept. Fully stocked with everything you need. Easy to get in and out. Would highly recommend for anyone looking in the Erie Beach/Erieau area.

Loved it!!!

Our plans were to be in Chatham but the hotels were sold out so we found this VRBO. The photos don’t do it justice. The view out the back is nothing but lake!!! The owner was quick to respond when I had a question prior to check. I never needed to contact them after we arrived. The kitchen was nicely supplied although I didn’t cook! It was about 5 minutes from Molly and OJ’s, a great restaurant with great staff in Erieau. We so very much enjoyed our stay.

This rental is very nice and is well equipped. Our review would be 5 stars except for two things that just apply to our stay. 1)The alarm was active when we git there and they had not provided us with a code to shut it off upon check in. They did not respond to requests for the code right away but it eventually stopped sounding after many minutes but had warning lights. Unfortunately the alarm spontaneously went off the next morning at 7AM rudely awaking us. This time the host did respond to us and provided us with a code to shut it off. The rest of the stay was very smooth, the next morning it did not go off. 2) There is a nice big deck but the switch for the outdoor flood light is some sort of smart switch connected to an app and we never could get it to work even after the host had said that he had enabled it to be able to be turned on. So we could not enjoy the back deck in the evenjng as much as we would have liked.
