This is our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. Siegfreid was very quick to respond to any questions and as we were arriving late at night, he had the lights on ready for us, which was wonderful. We spent most of our time by the pool or by the canal, both which were amazing. We will absolutely be back to this property!

Vacation 2023

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation. The house was very nice, and we loved spending our days in the pool.

Our visit to Villa Sunflower was very relaxing. The house looks exactly as you see in the listing. Most nights we ate by the pool and enjoyed the wonderful weather. We enjoyed the heated pool and watching the boats pass by on the canal. The area is walkable and we took daily walks. Shopping and restaurants are close. Siegfried was there when we arrived and showed us around the house and pool area. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel are close and there is also the Yacht Club beach in Cape Coral. If Villa Sunflower is available we could definitely come again.

Great stay

The property was exactly as we expected. Lots of towels and the kitchen was stocked well which we appreciated. Just wish we told the property manager to heat the pool before our arrival. The area was great with a super market and target super close.

Unbelievable! It is nicer than the pictures. Great location,very quiet. super easy to get to shopping,food,beaches. Could not have had a better experience.

Florida Stay

We travelled from Canada to Villa sunflower mid March 2025. The house was more beautiful than described! It was very clean and spacious. The pool also was very clean and warm. We loved the fact that we could adjust the pool temperature to our liking. It was a wonderful stay and we will absolutely stay again. We would recommend to anybody!Victor & Tara Lopes

Beautiful Home

Our stay was fantastic. The house was beautiful and very clean. The pool area was our favorite spot to hang out and the pool temp was perfect for night time swims. Management was very responsive to questions and extremely kind. We will definitely be coming back to this rental property. Additionally, we were able to drive to Marco Island, Ft Meyers Beach, and Sanibel Island as the location of the home is close enough to all 3. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great pool and patio!

We had a wonderful stay here. Lovely home that is kept very clean! Kitchen is colorful & has all the appliances and utensils needed. We so enjoyed spending time in the pool….our grandson loved it along with watching boats passing by! Outdoor space is great for grilling and family time. Other than some minor fixes that need to be done, this is a great vacation home. The location is convenient to shopping/restaurants and was close enough to visit beaches in Ft. Myers and Sanibel island. Also, this is a great spot to see the morning sunrise.
