This three-level home has 7 bedrooms and the ability to sleep 22 comfortably; perfect for 3 families to share and still have some privacy. The home has been beautifully restored, has all the comforts of home and boasts countless amenities to keep everyone entertained. Adults can sit back and relax on one of the two outdoor decks, expansive private patio with sectional sofa, 8 Adirondack chairs, propane firepit, or sit at the outdoor bar, soak in the Hot Tub, or play some games in the beautiful backyard. Kids can ride bikes in the family friendly neighborhood, or play ping pong, foosball, air hockey or video games on the full size arcade machine.

Driftaway has everything you could want in a vacation home and is perfect for a multi family get together or relaxing getaway. The home includes linens (sheets, towels, blankets and comforters) and features wireless internet, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, air conditioning throughout, ample off street parking for 8+ cars, a BBQ Grill, and all the necessities for a day at the beach (beach towels, beach carts, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, games and coolers).

The beach is ranked as one of Maine's finest and can be accessed by a right of way across the street. There, you will find 7 miles of white sand beach and an expansive sand bar that reveals itself at low tide. Or, maybe you are looking to take a short walk from the house to several area restaurants where you can enjoy fantastic fresh lobster and Maine clams. Or, what about catching a breathtaking sunset from the nearby fisherman’s co-op pier with fishing boats and the saltwater marsh in the background. Pine Point has it all, and it’s just a short walk outside the door.

The home has a separate master suite on the 2nd floor complete with a king bed, 55” smart TV, ceiling fan, lounge chair, double sinks, stand up shower and jacuzzi tub. Four other bedrooms are also located on the second floor, each with queen beds. The 3rd floor features the sixth bedroom with a queen bed and a boat twin bed (with trundle) as well as a seventh “slumber party” bedroom with a queen, 3 twin beds and 3 trundle beds for the kids. All bedrooms have smart TV’s with Cable TV, Netflix and Disney +.

Driftaway has 3 bathrooms. There is a half bathroom off the mudroom on the first floor; two full bathrooms on the second floor and an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Both the full bathrooms have double sinks, granite countertops and hairdryers. There is also an ironing board and iron as well as a large capacity front load washing machine and clothes dryer.

Perfect for cooking, the newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials with upgraded amenities, including a Keurig, ninja coffee maker, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, lobster pots, and 2 full sized refrigerators (one in the garage). The dining room has a table with seating for 8 comfortably, with the option to add an extension and additional chairs. The kitchen also has a 5 seat breakfast bar and the lower deck and patio both have tables and chairs to enjoy your meals outside if you prefer.

The home features enough room so everyone has plenty of space of their own, and common areas where everyone can get together for conversation and laughter. The main living area that has a family room, living room, dining room, kitchen, and mudroom. The living room features a couch, loveseat and fireplace and is open to the kitchen by the 5 seat breakfast bar. This is a popular place to socialize while meals or drinks are prepared. The family Room features a Large Sectional Couch, 55” smart TV and extra blankets for when you want to watch a movie. The partially finished basement features a kid friendly room with sectional sofa, high top table and chairs, electric fireplace and 65″ smart TV, perfect for watching movies, playing video games, board games or card games.

Looking to do more than the beach? Take a short trolley ride (or drive) to Old Orchard's famous Pier and amusements, explore the eastern trail by bike, kayak in the Scarborough March or take a drive to the city of Portland (15 minutes) or to the famous flagship L.L.Bean store in Freeport Maine (30 minutes).
