As a traveller before leaving home I check out the weather and decide what I need for the trip. If it’s raining I take a raincoat and umbrella. In the apartment there is a body towel and hand towel set out for each person. In regard to soap, there is liquid hand and body soap in containers as it is more hygienic to use soap dispensers. I also believe that the environment must be protected and throwing bars of soap away is in my opinion a terrible waste. No, there is no shampoo as people buy shampoo according to the type of hair they have. I no longer supply umbrellas as in the past people have forgotten them left and right. I always give my housekeeper's telephone number should there be requests and she immediately reacts.Therefore umbrellas were bought again. The sliding doors tend to get loose because clients slam them when they open and close them. All one has to do is call the housekeeper. There is a person circulating in the building that adjusts such things. I’m sorry the mattress was found to be hard, it is the first time in 14 years that I’ve had such a comment. Soft mattresses are not good for the back. Yes, the refrigerator is old , not 20 nor 30 years, but functions perfectly unless you tamper with it.
