A solo 15 minutos del aeropuerto, en el centro histórico de la ciudad de Cartagena de Indias, barrio de San Diego, este apartamento amueblado de 134 m² recientemente renovado consta de una sala de estar (50 m²), una cocina abierta frente a la sala de estar, dos baños separados con ducha y dos habitaciones dobles en la habitación con dos camas individuales, las camas se unen para hacer una cama queen size, ambas habitaciones tienen armarios de pared a pared. Los pisos, baños y cocina son de mármol con carpintería encantadora. El salón tiene un sofá convertible con capacidad para dos (se abre y tiene dos camas individuales) y una gran terraza de 36 m2. metros Se proporciona aire acondicionado completo. También hay una plaza de aparcamiento en el garaje subterráneo.

El apartamento está en un pequeño edificio de dos pisos; También ofrece áreas recreativas y sociales, dos piscinas en la azotea, jardines y un área para recepciones. La propiedad cuenta con servicio de portería las 24 horas y cámaras de vigilancia en los pasillos.

Quick visit to Cartagena

We enjoyed our stay in the city. I was able to walk to supermarkets and the mall was around the corner. The front desk security were very polite.

First time in Cartagena

We had a lovely stay in Cartagena. The old city is wonderful and the staff at the building is very friendly and kind. Claribel prepared a delicious breakfast each day of our stay and helped with laundry and shopping. Thank you!

A gem in the heart of Carthagena

We really enjoyed the apartment. The place was exactly what we wanted : great location, grocery store 2 blocks away, quiet, comfortable, well equipped with good quality,….The pool area has been upgrade with a pergola, I recommend it without hesitation.

Great apartment

I am not a fan of rental property for vacation, But this place changed my mind. I felt safe, the location is amazing, it was impeccable clean, Claribel was amazing preparing breakfast, washing and ironing our clothes. I really felt that i was on vacation and pampered. I recommend one hundred percent, will definitely come back.

I really enjoyed my stay. The main issue I had was no television in the bedrooms. The housekeeper was the best and the property manager was very punctual with replying to messages.

Amazing time in the Walled acity

Just a really nice unit. The building and pool are great. Doorman 24/7 and very friendly. Claribel is awesome. We hired her to cook as well and had some wonderful meals. The location can't be beat and having a garage and place to park was excellent as we had a rental car. We looknforward to staying again!

Great apartment in Cartagena

I stayed at this apartment with my two adult daughters and it was perfect for our needs. We were in Cartagena for a wedding at the Sofitel Santa Clara which was less than 5 minutes away. It's a great location for walking around the Old City area, very safe and convenient to sites, restaurants, and shopping. The apartment is well stocked and communication with Maria was easy and she responded quickly to all my questions. Lovely rooftop pool was wonderful for relaxing and cooling off in the late afternoons! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything you could ask for and more!

I travel with my son to Cartagena yearly and have stayed many places and this one stands out for so many reasons. The owner was incredibly accommodating to our check in/out times due to our flight. She made everything so effortless and i cant recommend this place enough. Great Location, walking distance to everything you need. Very clean & safe, 24hr doorman and security. I cant say enough about the housekeeper Clarabel, she was amazing! I wish i could take her back to New York with me, you must have her cook you at least one meal because it was the best food we had during this stay. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to all visiting Cartagena!

Great location and beautiful

San Diego is right where you want to be - close to the center and the historic walls. There is a large shopping center right down the street built from a former bulls colleseum which had several safe ATM machines to help with getting US dollars. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and well furnished. It had a quaint patio and the rooftop pool could be reserved for three hours. What a view and repreive from the hot weather! Claribel, the onsite contact, was very accomodating and attentive. Highly recommend!

Stay in the walled city for wedding at the Sofitel

My best friend and I traveled here from Chicago for the second time to stay in the walled city for a wedding of hospitality professionals at the Sofitel. The location is perfect, incredibly convenient and secure. The apartment had everything we could possibly need, plenty of space and was very comfortable. Little did we know most of the wedding party had reserved other units in the building. The rooftop pool was perfect for us to enjoy the weather and catch up with our friends. The building staff was wonderful about helping with recommendations for activities, restaurants etc. We all fell so in love with the area we decided to extend our trip and Maria was wonderful to respond so quickly and take care of the adjustment with ease. I can’t recommend her or the property enough, we will definitely be back in the future!

Absolutely superb experience!

This appartment is definitely a great option if you plan to stay in Cartagena and want to be in the very center of everything. Located very close to the Santa Catalina Monastery (now hotel) it is in the old part of town. Very conveniently located close to most sightseeing spots, bars, restaurants. The appartment itself is fantastic. We were 4 adults traveling and we could fit without any problem. The airconditioning works very well. The appartment is very clean and neat. High quality furniture, and finishings. Furthermore, there are 2 swimming pools available to the guests which prove very convenient for the occasional dive. The receptionist at the main entrance was also very helpful in helping us arrange transports and reservations. For this price I would say there is no better alternative in Cartagena. Will recommend to relatives and friends. All in all

Wonderful stay. Great location!

The apartment was beautiful and well appointed. Fully stocked with appliances and pots/pans, beach towels, utensils. The pool on the roof was great - we used it almost every night. Claribel, the house keeper, is nice and friendly and even did our laundry ( included in the stay). We asked her to cook us a typical meal and it was wonderful (we provided a tip for that) The location was awesome. It is in San Diego in the eastern portion of Old Town. It is a two-minute walk to a beautiful up-scale mall with an amazing foodcourt (excellent options of Colombian, Peruvian, Mexican, Japanese and American food and music most nights - the food was as good as some of the local restaurants and similar pricing); the mall also had several Bank Machines to get Colombian Currency. The apartment is a 15-minute walk to most off Old Town and about 25 min to Getsemi. The owner is very responsive to any questions before or during the stay. She also provides a very informative notebook chock full of useful info. The wifi is incredibly fast. We would love to stay here again during our next visit to Cartagena.

Oasis in the Walled City

We absolutely loved staying at Maria's place. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The unit is spacious and has a private outdoor courtyard. We spent time everyday at the rooftop pool with our kids, which helped us enjoy the hot afternoons. The a/c was strong and kept the apartment cool as well. The apartment has everything we needed for cooking and cleaning, towels for the bath and pool, bedding, and some books and decks of cards. The location of the apartment was wonderful, right near a plaza with restaurants and a small market at night, and around the corner from the mall and supermarket. You can walk to most tourist sites in under 10-15 minutes, and come home to a quiet, calm and safe area. Maria was a wonderful host and patiently answered my many questions. When we had an issue it was corrected swiftly, it was clear she cares that we enjoyed our stay. The building staff are caring and helpful. The housekeeper, Claribel, was very responsive and friendly, and helped us with groceries, laundry, and cleaning which made our trip truly seem like a vacation. We would recommend this place to anyone, and hope top be able to come here again!

Spacious Apartment in Perfect Location

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Cartagena. This apartment is spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. There were plenty of dinnerware, pans, etc. The bed was very comfortable and there were even enough hangars! The housekeeper, Claribel, was very helpful and offered to go to the grocery store for us she returned with the most delicious mangoes we have ever had. She also came back one day when the air conditioning was not working and it turned out that we had somehow deprogrammed it! She also washed our clothes. The doormen were very kind, helped us secure a taxi to the airport. We felt very safe in Comdominio Santo Diego The pool was nice to use as well. The location could not be better! We walked everywhere we went the week we were there. The street is quiet, yet close to everything. Communication with the owner for check-in and check-out was very easy. We will certainly stay here again whenever we visit Colombia.

Nice place, but needs upgrades

We stayed there one week. The apartment is in a convenient location within the Walled City. The living room is spacious and the building personnel is friendly. The apartment is overall comfortable but does need several improvements and upgrades. Here are some of the things we experienced: 1. The unit does not provide amenities such as hand towels, shampoo, body wash. There is hand soap in the bathroom and an extra bottle of hand soap in the shower. I wasn't used to seeing something like this in lieu of proper body wash and shampoo. We had to purchase these items which was a surprise to us. 2. The unit did not provide us with an umbrella until I reached out directly to the owner. The umbrellas arrived the day before we checked out, when the rain had already stopped. This impacted our experience because we could not move around the city comfortably during the rainy days. 3. There's a large outdoor space connected to the unit with a sliding door that does not lock. It needs to be replaced. It scared me a bit to know that someone potentially enter the unit through that door. 4. The refrigerator freezes everything regardless of the setting it's on. The housekeeper shared that it had been having prior issues from the freezer. Honestly, it is rather old (20-30 years old) and needs replacing. 5. The mattress in the main bedroom is very hard. It is not comfortable so do not expect to sleep well. 6. The two single beds in the second bedroom are uncomfortable as well a

Awesome Apartment

This place is just awesome, you can’t beat the location, there’s plenty of options for food and the atmosphere is just amazing. The apartment is large, the building staff is friendly and Claribel is a sweet heart! and her cooking! Heavenly. I will highly recommend this apartment, the only minor thing I can say is that the place is great for 4 people, we were 6 and the sleeping in the living room is t as comfortable, it worked for us, but my teens had a hard time sleeping there. But I will come back!

Very pleasant say

Very confortable appartement. Very clean, well kept and very well equipped. We also liked the pool, good size we enjoyed it very much. The apartment is also strategically position in the old city, closed to very good restaurants and a modern shopping center but at the same time very quiet. The only problem is that we ran out of electricity a couple of times as well as water. But it didn’t create any major problem. We will return for sure. The people at the reception as well as Claribel the made were always very helpful. Highly recommended place to stay.

Appartement de rêve

Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement incroyable : beaucoup d'espace, luminosité et confort. Allez-y les yeux fermés ! Nous avons pu profiter des deux piscines, un régal. L'immeuble est très bien gardé avec un service jour et nuit. Les gardiens, toujours avec le sourire. L'appartement est très bien entretenu, avec l' air conditionné qui fonctionnait parfaitement. Bref, il faudra qu'on retourne !

Amazing stay in amazing area

All of the positive reviews regarding this condo are absolutely spot on. The condo is an ideal location near San Diego plaza, walking distance to the mall and tons of great shops and restaurants. The entire condo is very spacious with plenty of room for up to 4 people, 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and two twins. The check in process was very easy and Maria is great at communication and very helpful giving suggestions and info regarding the area. The pool on the roof is a great spot to relax and see the city from a different perspective. For the price, this unit is a no brainer with tons of value. I plan on coming back again soon.

Stunning, quiet apartment in Old Town with amazing location! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The owner of this apartment was an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I rented this apartment for an entire month. It was an amazing, QUIET apartment close to everything you could ever need-supermarket one block away, restaurants everywhere, gorgeous streets to walk, and extremely safe. The entire Historic Old Town (designated an UNESCO World Heritage site in 1984) was very beautiful and this location was close to great views of the sea as well. This apartment was extremely well-equipped including a dishwasher, (uncommon here), microwave, blender, electric juicer, coffee maker, pannani/waffle maker, toaster, stove with oven, fridge with large freezer, an HD TV, high speed internet, small safe in the master bedroom, iron and ironing board, lots of hangars and even a hairdryer. This 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom ensuite apartment had a large, comfortable bed in the master with side tables with drawers and two matching lamps with loads of closet storage space. The smaller bedroom had 2 twin beds that could also be pushed together to make another large bed. The living room sofa could also be set up to accommodate 2 more people as well. This apartment was huge and the kitchen included a large kitchen island (the kitchen, dining and living room were open concept design) and included all utensils. There were stacks of dishes, glassware, storage containers, stainless steel pots and pans with lids, towels of all sizes and 10 blue/white swimming towels as well. There were 2 large patio windows-one opened onto a large, private covered patio area with potted plants and a climbing vine; the other opened onto a narrow balcony overlooking a large tropical garden on one side. This apartment also included the services of the lovely housekeeper, Claribel, who would come every 3 days to clean the apartment. She even did our laundry! One day she took me to a local supermarket to buy fresh seafood. After returning, she cooked us a fabulous traditional Colombian meal all from scratch-she was amazing! The rooftop pool was lovely and included wooden loungers with comfortable lounge pads and 2 large umbrellas. There was 24 hour security sevice by 3 extremely warm and lovely doormen who were there to open the door EVERY time we entered and left. We were treated like a king and queen. The lobby area was enormous and beautiful too with a large sitting area with couches and tables at the far end. The elevator was new and modern. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Perfect!

Perfect location, very clean and plenty of room. This was everything and more for a fabulous stay in Cartagena, if you are reviewing this place for your stay in the San Diego area of the old town Don’t hesitate you will surely leave satisfied as we did.

Cartagena is one of the world's most unique cities, offering museums, historic landmarks, classical music festivals, theatre, excellent cuisine, lively nights, in a Caribbean atmosphere and tropical climate. We plan to spend two months per year there to enjoy the beauty of the city.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The apartment combines a perfect location in the old part of the city within a modern setting and complete comfort, refined decoration and excellent services. The rent also includes housekeeper service twice a week. The housekeeper is excellent with children and can look after them if you want a few hours of freedom. This of course is a private arrangement between you and the housekeeper. If she is there at night, either for preparing dinner or looking after children a taxi must be paid in order for her to get home. In addition, if there is a possibility that friends or family may stay with you at a given moment during your stay, kindly communicate their names and passport or ID numbers in advance.
