A brand new, elegant two-bedroom plus loft, three-bath home in Lincoln, NE, just five miles from Pinnacle Bank Arena and Memorial Stadium. Steps from restaurants, 2 gyms, shopping, and spa. This neighborhood has a great community and layout. Spend your weekends walking and biking the trails, or head to nearby historic Haymarket to do some shopping and dining. Bicycles included with stay! Also, enjoy riding around the city enter on electric scooters, included with your stay. The town-home sits on a beautifully landscaped lot with a 2-stall garage and parking in the back. Enjoy your evenings on a private court yard and unwind. Coffee and various teas provided with disposable cups to take your coffee to go! The kitchen is stocked with spices, olive oil, waffle mix, maple syrup, silverware, flatware and basic necessities. Gas grilled provided for your summer cookouts! Enjoy your favorite music on our Echodot speakers, pop some popcorn(provided) and watch a movie! Walk to the neighborhood park/ playground or have a picnic in the town square! This is a great spot to have a small private event or get together. The house is stocked with everything you need, leave your shampoo at home, we got you taken care of! You are really going to like it here!

I booked this home for a getaway with my best friend, and it was everything we hoped for—and more! The space was open, beautifully designed, and incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. The bedrooms were spacious, with plenty of storage, which made it easy to settle in and stay organized during our trip.The home is tucked into a quiet, well-established neighborhood that felt very safe and peaceful. We didn’t hear a peep from neighbors or traffic—it was the perfect environment to unwind. We loved being able to walk around the corner for lunch, a pedicure, and a little shopping. Having a private garage to park in was such a nice bonus, especially for coming and going with ease.There was a private courtyard that had stylish patio furniture, a fire pit, grill, and string lights that added such a cozy touch. It was too chilly to use during our stay, but the natural light it brought into the home made the space feel even more inviting.Everything felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully curated. We even talked about making this our annual tradition—we loved it that much! The host was fantastic: communicative, friendly, and proactive. They let us know when the home was ready and even offered early access. Check-in was seamless, and check-out was refreshingly simple - nothing to do, just a warm invitation to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend this property!! We want to come back!

The property was beautiful on the inside and outside. The location was nice- quiet neighborhood, close to some shopping and restaurants. This property was new and clean. Our family of 4 enjoyed the loft area to hang out in. The owner was very responsive to our needs/questions. Would stay at this place again!

Peaceful neighborhood. We had dinner at two different restaurants that were walking distance from the house. Beds were super comfy. Everyone had fun riding scooters. I forgot my shampoo, cond and bodywash at home, but I didnt need them. All were provided in the shower. Thanks for a great stay.

What a delight to land in this wonderful townhome. We were in town for a two month stay and loved our time at this home. Wonderful location and easy to get around Lincoln from here. Owners were very friendly!

We used the Vrbo to get ready the morning of our wedding and the owner was so nice to let us come see the house before the wedding. The lighting was great in there and I would highly recommend the house!

Great neighborhood!

During our stay there was a local event in the nearby green space. The event had live music and local vendors. The nearby restaurant was great. Would love to make a return stay when I have more time to spend in the area. The residence was very nice, love the kitchen! Host was easy to reach and communicated quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area. Only complaint was the pull-out couch was not comfortable, but are any really?

We love to host. It's in our blood! Our personal home is open to guests with laughter and good food around the table. We actually live right in the neighborhood and are ready to serve you as needed. Ivan and I both grew up in Ukraine and have built our lives and families, right here in Lincoln, NE. Since we enjoy hosting, we decided to stretch our boarders and become professional hosts. We have spent months, hand picking the decor, beds, and created an atmosphere in this short term that you could appreciate. The house was built in 2023 for hosting only. This means that you will be able to experience it first! Take time and sip your tea that we have provided. We know how busy life can be and our vision is for you to come through the door, sit back and relax a bit. Our kids were very much part of putting this amazing place together. We are thankful to share this experience with you.

We have watched this rowhome being built from the ground up. This is in our neighborhood and we love living here. The townhome has such a modern and clean feel with space that is divided and can accommodate couple families. This property is hip and sophisticated. Located near restaurants and shopping. You don't even have to drive anywhere. This is what makes it special! All the finds are right there in your backyard.

Check out the shops, brewery, restaurants. The hot works gym is less then 5 minute walk. The bank, DQ, Grocery store are also steps away. We are flexible with our guest and provide custom services as requested. If you look out the master bedroom window, or master bath, you will see our beautiful capitol in the distance.
