Relax at a beautiful lake house

My family and I had an amazing time. Sharon & JoAnn were gracious hosts & the house was perfect. There is plenty of space, both inside and out & the house was fully stocked with anything you could need. Would highly recommend for a relaxing, fun trip!

Elk Mountain

House was perfect for our group. Place is close to Elk Mountain, with a couple small bars/restaurants near by to grab food after being on the mountain all day. Host was terrific, easy to reach via text. Would certainly stay again.

Super Fun Time!

The setting of this home on the lake was so beautiful! We really enjoyed kayaking and fishing from the rowboat and the dock. Inside was every convenience we could need! We loved sitting around the fire at night making smores. Sitting on the deck drinking our coffee in the morning we saw the bald eagle fishing! We will be back!!

An amazing place near Elk Mountain

We couldn't be happier with our stay! The house was immaculate, and well stocked with everything we needed from towels to a crock pot. We planned on skiing for 3 days, but mother nature had other plans for us and we only got to ski one day. Fortunately the house was filled with games, TVs, or just quiet areas to read and relax. We even got to do a little sledding in the yard. JoAnn and Sharon were wonderful hosts and communicated with us thoroughly during our stay, ensuring we were safe and comfortable through the dicey weather. Highly recommended!!

We had an amazing stay at this home! The house was beautiful- wonderfully decorated and very clean! We visited in February and spent most of the time enjoying Elk Mountain. For those not skiing or snowboarding, there were plenty of activities inside the home to do- books, games, etc. There was plenty of space for our two families. The view of the lake was beautiful and we would love to visit in the summer or fall. The host was very accommodating and even offered us an early check-in and late check-out!

Hidden Gem

My family, originally from the area, all came back for our family’s 50th reunion in Rock Lake. We had 7 adults, 2 teens and 2 young boys. Everyone enjoyed the lake and all the “lake toys”. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of extra lines & towels and fans. The multiple living areas allowed for everyone to spread out and relax. They have lots of books and games and lots of lake floating toys. The kitchen is EXTREMELY well stocked. We made several meals and found everything we could have needed was already there. My entire family, as well as some extended family who came over to visit and everyone raved about the house and the amenities. I truly have nothing negative to say about this rental. We had a brief situation with the hot water, but the owner was there in 30 minutes and fixed the issue. Sharon was so nice and we had a great time chatting with her. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend this rental.

We had a large family holiday reunion and we all absolutely loved this house. We have rented a number of places for my family’s get togethers and this home was, by far, the nicest, warmest place ever!!!! Felt like home the minute we walked in. The house had everything we needed and then some. There were so many special touches that the hosts provided- it was perfect!
