Esta serena propiedad frente a la playa, ubicada dentro de una de las muchas comunidades costeras relajadas, está perfectamente situada a pocos pasos de la impresionante costa del golfo y en una ubicación central cerca de bares, restaurantes, casinos, tiendas boutique, centros comerciales premium, actividades acuáticas, parques y más.

Disfruta de todo lo que la costa de Mississippi tiene para ofrecer, incluyendo eventos comunitarios durante todo el año para toda la familia, y anticipa con alegría regresar a tu tranquila casa de playa.

El espacio
Dentro de la casa, encontrarás una espaciosa sala de estar para toda la familia. Una mesa de comedor junto con asientos en la barra proporcionan mucho espacio para disfrutar de las comidas. El dormitorio principal contiene una cama king, vestidor y Roku TV para todo tu entretenimiento en streaming. El baño principal es grande y cuenta con una bañera de hidromasaje para una relajación completa.

El segundo dormitorio contiene una cama queen, junto con dos mesitas de noche, un vestidor y grandes ventanas con vistas al frente de la casa.

El tercer dormitorio contiene literas, junto con un trundle debajo para espacio adicional para dormir. También hay un cajón grande y un armario disponibles.

Conectado al exterior de la casa en el segundo nivel está la sala de juegos, que proporciona espacio adicional para dormir en el sofá cama. Hay un proyector disponible con un Roku stick para tu disfrute (coloca el proyector en el centro de la habitación para obtener la mejor experiencia de visualización). Además, hay una mesa de juegos 10 en 1 disponible.

Por último, el área del nivel del suelo tiene asientos, mesas y una parrilla para barbacoa. Además, el lote vacío adyacente a la casa es parte de la propiedad, proporcionando mucho espacio de juego para niños y mascotas.

Great family beach/ boat getaway

We took our family for a short weekend getaway ! The house was very clean and had all the needs ! With it being walking distance from the beach area and only a 4 minute drive to the boat launch ! Also had plenty of parking for our boat and truck ! We will definitely be back again !

RELAXTION

My sister and I were looking for quiet downtime and found exactly that!! We really enjoyed the private outdoor space looking through the tops of beautiful Oaks & Palm trees. A 2 min walk to the beach every day and quick access to a great variety of restaurants. Will definitely go back and try more activities in the area.

Pet friendly in The Pass

We were in town for my nieces wedding. The home is very convenient, in a safe, well maintained neighborhood and easy walk to the beach. It’s hard to find nice homes that allow pets, so we appreciate when we can bring the pups with us. They even supplied doggie bowls. The check-in/check-out is easy due to an app for front door lock. We got in town late evening so that was a bonus. We were only in town a few days and spent most of that time doing wedding festivities, but this home would be great for families wanting outdoor/beach time during warmer weather. The under house space would accommodate lots of outdoor entertainment.

The outside isn’t what I expected

When arriving at the house I was very disappointed at first. The outside of the home appears to be not well taken care of. Leaves were piled on the porches all of the furniture looked dirty and the ping pong table was soaked and bowed in the middle. In addition the game room is not attached to the main house which I didn’t realize so our sleeping arrangements had to be adjusted. With that said once I went inside I definitely felt better about my choice. The inside is very nice and well kept. I felt that it was clean and it did meet the expectations from the listing. The kitchen had the basics needed for cooking a spaghetti dinner and the bathrooms came with plenty of bath products.

Wonderful stay in Pass Christian

This was a perfect property to stay in Pass Christian, MS. We had a few hiccups with issues like being stung by agressive wasps and having Alexa tell us we had visitors when we didn't, the property lift wasn't working when we got there and the kitchen lacked baking supplies, like a mixer and cake pans. The owner was prompt with addressing issues; the lift was repaired the second day we were there and we treated the wasp issue ourselves because it was a weekend for us and the exterminator couldn't get there until Mon but one did come. The home is very comfortable just like the sleepy town of Pass Christian which is just what we needed. The beach felt like it was ours and our dog loved it. Appreciated having a second refrig in the laundry room, worked out great for our drinks.We didn't really use the gameroom since we had nice weather and there were only a few of us. We also enjoyed playing ping pong and cornhole under the house. There were also plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the beach. After staying I don't think the property is really suitable for 10 people, especially adults with only two baths. While a spacious layout, it's too small for ten adults. I only share this because I am from a large family and it wouldn't have worked for more six adults. A plus property.

Spring break vacation

For several years we have stayed in various VRBOs for spring break-we usually have 4 adults and 4 children. We look for something that has a great kitchen (we cook 90% of our meals at the house), fun activities for the kids, and good locations to the beach/activities. On paper, this property looked to fit every category. While we ultimately enjoyed our spring break, very little of it came due to the property. This property was on the higher end of our budget, but we felt it was worth it due to all that it would provide. This was not the case. The disappointments included: no ping pong table (as promised when we booked), dirty/broken toys, a game room that smelled of cats/cat urine (completely unusable!), a poorly stocked kitchen (only 8 plates/cups and so we had to wash after every meal or not be able to eat!), a horrible beach (tons of shells!) that was treacherous to get across the road to, broken chairs, and a dryer that you had to lift the door up to get it to close to dry. The host was very responsive, but had to be contacted the day we were arriving for the key code instead of automatically providing. Responsive, but just apologized for the lack of something without any real help. This property is for sale and is likely not being maintained in the way it should be. If the price was significantly less, it would match the quality. We would not stay here again. They actually send you a mail asking you not to review if you aren’t going to give 5 stars.

Perfect Beach Weekend

We came to the pass for a wedding and rented this adorable home for our family. The host was excellent and the home fit exactly what we needed for the weekend. It was pet friendly, in a beautiful neighborhood near the beach, and allowed us a place to relax in between wedding activities. Highly recommend!

This home is situated steps from the gulf coast, allowing guests to effortlessly enjoy the beach at any given time of day. Known as the secret coast, the Mississippi's miles of beaches allow for a near private experience as there are many days where the beach could be all yours.

In addition, the home is a 5-minute drive to beautiful Bay St. Louis, and also close to many restaurants, bars, casinos, water parks, and more. New Orleans is also just over an hour away.
