The house can sleep upto 14 guests and is great for multi family vacation. The house features beautiful living room which opens into the kitchen and is great for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with stainless steel appliances. The refrigerator has cold water dispenser and ice machine. The house features split floor plan with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedroom upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, 55” Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, double sink and huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom downstairs also has a king bed and 50” Smart TV with a full bathroom right next to it. As you step upstairs, you enter into a large loft area which a 65” Smart TV, gaming arcade and foosball table and plenty of board games to have a fun and memory family time. It features a sofa bed, 2 day beds and a dedicated work space. The upper bedrooms consists of a queen bed in one room and 2 bunk beds in another room and a shared full bathroom. All the bedrooms have a sound machine to muffle down any noise during the night time for a good night sleep. The home has a full laundry room with washer/dryer. Enjoy grilling or just relax in the private fenced back patio with ocean view. The house is steps away from amazing restaurants.

Other Note to the Guests :
1. IDs will be validated before check-in
2. For safety of everyone, the exterior of the house is monitored by security cameras.
2. No Smoking allowed inside the premises. Any smoking detection will result in $250 to $500 and additional fines if it impacts the next guests booking.
3. Quiet time is after 10pm. No loud music or noises after 10pm.
4. Linens and Towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
5. We provider soap, shampoo, conditioner toilet paper in each bathroom. If you need more, Walmart is a short drive away.
6. Weather is beyond our control and does not constitute for a refund. However, some weather related issues maybe covered by travel insurance (Always best to get travel insurance during Hurricane season).
7. Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten our area, please follow the guidance of officials pertaining to mandatory evacuations.
