Renovated 2/2 Loft Unit in Old Finimore Mill! Located on the top floor, you have vaulted ceilings and amazing views. The waterfront complex offers a pool, hot tub, dock and plenty of boat & trailer parking. Located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the City Park & Beach.

Top floor Unit with Stunning views of the estuary & Gulf of Mexico! Watch dozens of species of birds settle on the beach behind the unit & the dolphins play. It's the perfect spot for your morning coffee & cocktail hour(s)!

Cozy Primary Bedroom on the main floor with king sized bed, large closet & cable TV. The main bathroom has quart counters & a shower/tub combo.

Kitchen is spacious with quartz counters & a large island w/barstools. It is well stocked with all your cooking needs! We have a drip/single serve coffee maker. Open concept to the dining & living room with vaulted ceilings & tons of natural light. The living room is very comfortable with two lounging leather sofas & a Smart TV (just login to your account).

The upstairs is a lofted bedroom with queen size bed & private bathroom with shower.

Condo complex shared amenities:
- Free parking under the building
- Free boat/trailer parking in the gravel lot
- Dock behind the building for on/off loading or fishing w/fish cleaning station
- Beach access perfect for launching a kayak
- Charcoal grills scattered about
- Gated pool & hot tub w/lounges

Update May 2025 - The pool is now open however the hot tub is still needing more repairs from the Hurricane.

The property is just a short walk to downtown & Dock St, city beach & Lil Shark Park! You can easily rent a golf cart to get around town as well (there are plug ins for charging under the building).

Everything was great. Located close to local attractions. We were to walk to everything we were instreted in. Has boat parking and plan to bring my boat next visit. Plan to stay at that location in the future.

Great view

All was great with a wonderful view but the steps going up and down to top floor were rough.Great for doing a cardio workout, lol. Definitely something lower the next time

Nice condo & close to Cedar Key’s tiny downtown & the few businesses that are open at the moment. Glad to stay & support struggling but proud Cedar Key!

Awesome Place

The only issue we had was the Front Door would not lock immediately. Had to play with it for a few minutes. Frustrating. Also some of the A/C Vents had mold/mildew but I realize this is a beach resort area and that will happen. It is important to look up and thoroughly so that your guests coming in do not get sick with this mold blowing on them. Some people have Allergies and Asthma. Other than that the Stay was really nice.. Thank you for allowing us to stay and here and Experience this Condo.

Quiet retreat in Cedar Key

Property had a nice quiet view looking out over the water. Watched dolphins and birds each mornig while having coffee on the balcony. Check-in was easy, property manager reponded quickly to a question we had. The dock area where all the restaurants and shops were only a 5 minute walk away. Be aware the cedar Key area is still cleaning up damage from the hurricane, so there ar some restaurants that are closed and some construction all around for repairs. This property is on the top floor, so stairs only to get up there, if you have issues climbing stairs, this is not for you. All in all we had a nice time and enjoyed our stay... definitely check out the Tiki bar on the road in, that was fun!

Wonderful 1st experience

This was our first time to Cedar Key. Their place was perfect. Updated, had everything we needed, close to the pool, “beach” area, downtown area, pier, it was just what we needed for the our weekend getaway. The kids (older children late teens/early 20’s) even enjoyed themselves. Dinner and lunch we had at Steamers was phenomenal! Our waitress Barbara was the sweetest lady ever! The place was really clean and taken care of, we will definitely be back. The stairs are a beast lol so be ready to get a workout but the view on the balcony is amazing and totally worth it!!

Enjoy the peaceful view of nature!

The cathedral ceiling windows are the highlight of this home. You can walk everywhere from this location. Extra items for wash and towels etc were appreciated. Nice small town.

Beautiful view! Comfortable beds & sofas w/recliners. Very clean and well equipped. The condo was better than I had anticipated. Close enough to walk to restaurants.

Weekend Getaway

This was our first time to Cedar Key and loved how this property was within walking distance to everything. We loved the views from the balcony and saw many birds. Loved the wildlife book in the condo so we could look up the different birds we saw from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The pool was refreshing after spending the morning at the beach. We even used the ice packs in the freezer for our beverages cooler. We packed light since we were doing the FLorida Adventure Trail (F.A.T.) and was only stopping here for a few days. Nice surprise that body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was supplied in the bathrooms. Definitely will plan to stay here again.

Nice place! You need to be able to climb 3 flights of stairs! Apparently its a great place for fishing! Bird watching and dolphin sightings were great! Beaches and swimming were not very good if thats what you are looking for! Great relaxing little town, nice pool to cool off in and great seafood, loved Steamers!

Excellent location for bird watchers

Exceeded all expectations - couldn't have asked for a more lovely unit. Only issue was low but usable shower water pressure. View of estuary beats all Gulf views IMO. Dolphins, shore birds including roseate spoonbills, hummingbirds, and a variety of song birds. We spent most of the time at the unit sitting on the balcony.

It was an amazing stay it's 5 stars all day. The place was spotless and real comfortable, with amazing views. Bad thing was the water pressure was horrible it was just trickling out the shower head.

We live in the Blue Ridge Mountains in NC where I sell real estate & my husband does construction. As avid fisherman & a need for adventure we stumbled upon Cedar Key & fell in love! It's so nice to have a spot where we can walk around town & get around on the golf cart.. our kids love it there - it's a big difference from our remote home in Linville NC where we have no neighbors & the nearest store is 20 min away. 3 Pelicans is a very comfortable & relaxing spot - you will definitely be glad you came for a visit!
