Spectacular views and location on Tim's Ford Lake!

Looking for a million-dollar view of Tim's Ford Lake? Centrally located on the lake between all four marinas, this large, cozy home is ideal for 2 or 3 families, a family reunion, or a staff retreat and can comfortably sleep 20 guests.
The upstairs expansive back porch calls for you to have coffee at sunrise or happy hour at sunset. Curl up with a good book on the downstairs sleeping porch in one of two large bed swings.
Its entertainment heaven with a large screen TV inside, Sonos system inside and out, two large dining tables on the porch, a gas grill and Big Green Egg, a firepit in the back yard in the middle of six Adirondack chairs for fires year-round.
The private dock can accommodate a boat tied up on either side, two rods for fishing, two paddleboards, a great picnic area on the upper dock, and chairs for sunbathing.
There is a nearby boat ramp to launch your boat just 5 minutes away.

Spacious House on a Beautiful Lake

We had a wonderful time at this home. It is evident how much they love their property and have thought of everything. We had plenty of space with our large group with lots of things to do. Tim was attentive to messages which was super helpful. We'd love to come back!

Family Vacation

This property was wonderful. They had everything we could ever need for the trip. The house was amazing and we all had a wonderful time. The walk to and from the lake was a little taxing on some of the older members of our group, but definitely worth the walk down/up the hill.

Gorgeous house and view

We are a multigenerational family that tries to get to Tim’s Ford on e a year. This is by far our favorite place ever. Plenty of room to fish from the dock and play cornhole and catch up on everyone’s life. ❤️ Plenty of parking and places for the kids to play with bubbles. We always do a fish fry on the last night and we loved sitting on the porch enjoying the view. Tim was wonderful with communication! Loved their house!

Perfect Paradise

Communication is so important and the host did not disappoint. They were quick to respond to questions and had so much valuable information. The home is just as described and while the pictures are beautiful, to actually see everything is breathtaking. I never knew I needed a sleeping porch until now. It was so comfy, peaceful, and bug free. When we had 8 people in the house and a senior fur baby we had plenty of room and then some. My husband and I really enjoyed the family portraits hanging up. They gave the house more of a home/comfort feeling. The dock/lake were super easy to get to and while we were early in the fishing season we still managed to catch a few. We hope to come back in the future and would absolutely recommend staying here.

Beautiful house & lake

We all had a wonderful time at this beautiful house! Gorgeous view of lake and many things to do. Everyone agreed this was an excellent choice. It was so peaceful having coffee on the porch & watching the mist clear over the lake. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of games and activities. We hope to come back! Thanks so much!

End of Summer Getaway

This was a lovely property. The host was so accommodating and I appreciated to communication. We had a wonderful time. It was so nice to stay some where that was so spacious and literally had everything you need. The view was absolutely beautiful.

Family vacation

Beautiful house with anything you could need or want available in the kitchen. Lots of games for game night. Awesome views of the lake. Plenty of room for 18 of us ranging from 63 to 3 yrs old. Love the access to the water where we spent most of our time. Tim the host was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property!

Great place for family lake vacation!

Nice place with plenty of beds for the kids. Nice dock for your boat and fun to swim off of. Pretty quiet section of the lake and nice views. Worked out great for our family from Middle TN. Being just an hour and a half drive, people could come and go as their schedule allowed. And Tim and Carissa were great hosts!

Beautiful Lakehouse

This house is amazing. Lots of room to spread out for the 12 people in our party. The house is beautifully decorated and provides a great view of the lake. The dock area is well maintained with lots of seating and a good place to moor your boat. We had a fantastic time.

We had a great time. The views at this property are straight out of a picture book. We couldn’t be happier with our choice for the rest and relaxation. The process was easy and fast. Highly recommend.
