As you enter the home you’re greeted with wood flooring, natural light and coastal inspired décor. The stair-free first level features two living spaces, the kitchen, dining room, the laundry room, two of the four bedrooms and a small office complete with a desk, chair and computer monitor. The first living room features plenty of seating with a sectional sofa and two chairs. This room also has a brand-new Samsung Smart TV. The dining area is located to the right of the living room and features ample seating as well as views of the screened-in porch. The second living area features a comfortable sleeper sofa, Smart TV and is open to the kitchen.

The kitchen will easily be one of your favorite areas of the home. This area features a large island with additional seating, brand-new appliances, plenty of cabinet and counter space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal for your family.

The first floor main bedroom is located to the left of the front door. This room features a king bed, Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower complete with a rain-style shower head and double sink. The second guest room on this leave features king bed as well as an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower.

The second level has the two remaining guest rooms. The first bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids in the group, though it’s beautifully designed for adults as well! This room has 2 sets of extra long twin bunks and has access to a hall bathroom with a porcelain tub/shower combination.

Aside from the two living areas, the screened in porch will be the perfect space to relax after a long day at the beach or pool. The patio can be accessed by three different sets of French style doors. There are multiple places to sit, ceiling fans to keep you cool and views of the natural wooded landscape. The owners have provided a gas bbq grill for added convenience as well as a firepit for hanging out.

The owners have furnished this home with several amenities for small children / families – including pack-and-plays, board games, age-appropriate toys, a side deck for kids to play with activity sets, high chairs, games and more.

Guests of this home will have access to a community pool, playground and tennis courts, all located just a 5 minute walk from the home! The beach, Harbour Town and the Shops at Sea Pines Center are all easily accessible by one of the many community bike paths and the seasonal free trolley service.

Guests are welcome to bring up to two well-behaved dogs for an additional non-refundable fee of $225 plus tax per dog.

Please specify # of security gate passes needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $17/week.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
