The Cozy Colfax House

Summary:
Welcome to the Cozy Colfax House in Wadena! This 1950's charmer has been tastefully renovated and professionally decorated to suit the business traveler or the family on vacation! Within a short distance to several amenities including the Maslowski Fitness/Wellness Center (Indoor Water park!), Hockey rink, school and parks!

With 3 bedrooms 2 baths, living room, basement family room with wetbar and air hockey table, even having a "stay-cation" here will be....well...cozy!

The Space:
The bedrooms have the following:
Bedroom 1: King Size Bed
Bedroom 2: Queen Size Bed
Bedroom 3: Full/Twin Bunkbed
Basement: Pull-Out Bed (It should be noted it is just a twin and is pretty firm).

Main dining table seats 4 comfortably, but there is a 4 person bar in the kitchen and another dining table in the basement.

Full bathroom on the main floor and another full bathroom in the basement.

Laundry in basement utility room.

2 Car attached garage for parking

Guest Access:
You will be able to access all areas of the home except for the owner's closet. The electrical panel room will be locked, but there is a hide-a-key on top of the door trim in case a breaker trips or if there is a water leak, the main is in there and can be turned off. Please know I have several tools in that room and I would prefer for them to not be used unless there is an emergency.

Other Things to Note:
Please know that the bottom 3 steps of the staircase leading into the basement are not at the same height. Due to the older nature of the home, the stairs are not 100% evenly distributed height-wise. The third step from the bottom has a larger drop and the last step has a small drop.
