The overall of the stay was good! There was some issues. The WiFi wasn’t the best. The outside lights on the cabin did not work. A few outs didn’t work on the inside. The couch that let was listed as one of the beds was very dirty with dirty and dog hair and things all over it so the person decided to just sleep on the couch itself. At check -out there was a little issue. I had plugged my charger into a plug that didn’t work unfortunately and my phone ended up not charging and died over the night and my alarm did not go off and the housekeeper got very ugly with me and my mother. My mother told the housekeeper about the couch and she just looked at her and walked off. The owner messaged me being very rude about check out which I explained to her the outlet didn’t work and my phone did not charge over night and that was my alarm. I apologized to both of them over and over and they both continued to be rude. We let the housekeeper in and let her start cleaning so she wouldn’t be late and all she did was slam stuff and told me she didn’t care if we was ready to clean the bedroom or bathroom she was coming in there to do it regardless. My mom was changing clothes and the housekeeper came in the bathroom with her. No respect at all. Like I said stay was good till checkout. I really didn’t even give her a hard time about everything not working. We just want to have a relaxing week over Christmas.
