This Newly Built Tower with 30 BNB Rooms is located in San Juan City Metro Manila, Just 7km to Makati City and about 13km from NAIA AIRPORT (Manila international airport).
Near the central business district and the main attractions in Manila like Mall of Asia Pasay, Makati City and BGC, and very close to the airport.
If you are looking for a place to stay in Manila that is not in the center, and wants to avoid the very much crowded place yet very close to all main destinations then our hotel is your best choice! We are located in the heart of Manila which means we are in the middle of the city and has direct connections to all other cities. You get to enjoy the calmness of Manila and be able to experience a more local interaction during your trip to the Philippines.
I will be available at any time to guide and help you navigate through the amazing capital of Philippines, I will be very happy to help you if you need some tips and recommendations.
Our hotel is newly built (2022) and just launched this year. Everything is still very new. The building is maintained by our lovely care takers, we also have a reception area where you can always go to if you need help. The building is guarded and secured with cctv cameras on common areas like entrance, Lobby and Hallway.
Rest assured your stay in our hotel will be unforgettable.
We have plenty of rooms in different setup. This listing is for the Standard room and can accommodate 3pax maximum.

Staying with us is the most convenient and fun experience, You get to experience a neighbourhood that is more local unlike if you will be staying in the most popular Big Cities in Manila that are already crowded and overrated.

We have plenty of Malls and Restaurants where you can visit during your trip. There are also places for night life nearby so surely you will never be bored or left with nothing to do.
And if you wish to be at the main cities of Manila, We got you! There are GRAB CARS (like uber) that you can use as a transportation around Manila. You only need to download the app and you can book your ride directly from the app by simply putting your location and your destination. There are thousands of GRAB CARS in Manila. Jeepneys, Taxi, and Rental cars are also available. The train station Vmapa or J.Ruiz is also very close to the Hotel so if you wish to explore Manila by train, it's definitely possible. We also have tricycle (Like tuktuk) available just right outside the hotel, which you can hire as a ride for going places that are close by.
