Sunny Scottsdale is the perfect place to escape to on your next vacation! Adventurers will love the ample hiking, biking, and ATV options in the Tonto National Forrest and Scottsdale’s McDowell Sonoran Preserve - great for making lasting memories. And with your central location, you'll love exploring the nearby Rio Montaña Park, Fountain Hills Desert Botanical Garden, Grayhawk Golf Club, the beautiful views and wildlife at the Verde River, and of course, plenty of hip eateries and vibrant shops. Horseback riding is also popular in the area. This vacation home is in a rural setting with unpaved roads, perfect for mountain biking, UTVs, horses, and other activities.

After a full day of entertainment, head back to your space and relish in updated features, modern amenities, and plenty of sprawling space. The living room boasts plush leather seating, a large TV, and a fireplace. To keep things cool, gorgeous marble flooring can be seen throughout the home. Follow it into the adjacent dining room and kitchen, where you will find a suite of stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse-style sink, and a gorgeous place to indulge in family meals at.

Clean, simple, and homey, the bedrooms in this retreat offer plenty of natural lighting and they all include TVs, while a twin cot bed in the office room provides additional sleeping space. The primary bedroom's en suite bathroom is an amazing place to relax after a day spent out in the sun; find yourself unwinding in the impressive soaking tub. An additional interior perk includes a private washer/dryer for added convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
