We would love to welcome you to our property, this is our first property and hope you enjoy your time in Scottsdale! Britt and I (Joe) are recently married with a baby on the way. We live in the area and are available to you for any of your needs! We enjoy sports and the outdoors and have a number of recommendations of places to go and activities in the area if you need them. The resort-style backyard is packed with amenities to give your friends or family a fun vacation you all won't forget. Enjoy the newly resurfaced pebble-tec pool at any time of the year. The cabana and daybed is perfect for your morning coffee or mimosa whichever you prefer or just to relax and take in the beautiful weather Scottsdale has to offer. The propane grill is available for you to show off your BBQ skills. You can setup the cornhole set and play or have a putt off on the putting green.
Don't forget at night to plugin the bistro lights and enjoy the amazing weather conversing fireside where we provide you fresh firewood and firestarter logs.
Grab a book and relax on the chair under the patio watching the sunrise, jump on a colorful pool float and work on your tan, or challenge yourselves to rounds of golf and yard games.
Our play pool doesn't require heating for optimal enjoyment in the springtime or fall.
Palm trees, fruit trees, and bougainvillea with the Scottsdale sunshine make this a tropical escape that everyone will love. The bistro lights add a twinkle to the backyard when the sun goes down.
From here, you're just minutes from the local grocery stores, Old Town, and some of the area's best shopping and dining venues. You're also a short drive from some of Scottsdale’s most beautiful natural landmarks, hiking trails, golf courses, and other outdoor recreation spots.
The living room has an oversized deep rustic brown-colored leather sectional couch with a separate recliner with a 65” flat-screen TV. At the end of the day friends and family can spend time together without feeling cramped or crowded.
