Beautiful Studio Near Resorts World NAIA T3

Two Palm Tree Villas is a resort type condominium in a newly developed residential area called Newport City conveniently located across Manila’s gateway airport NAIA Terminal 3 and walking distance to Resorts World Manila Casino, Newport Mall and NAIA T3 using a Runway Bridge that connects Resorts World and the airport. Newport City has plenty of restaurants, salons, convenient stores all within walking distance.

This bright and airy condo has high ceilings located on the ground floor of a 10-story building. It has 31.1 square meters of space making it easy to move around. Because it is on the ground floor, it is easily accessible from the building’s main entrance. It has high ceilings making the space look and feel spacious. It is also very safe because it is right by the fire exit and a few meters away from the security guard post. There’s also a CCTV camera a few feet outside our unit that is connected to the lobby receptionist who is monitoring the hallways of our condo complex.

Inside our unit, guests can use and enjoy the studio including the balcony except for our locked storage.

Inside the complex, guests can use the swimming pool or watch your kids cool off in the children’s pool. If you enjoy breaking a sweat, you can use the gym to lift some weights or burn some calories on the treadmill. Massage tables in the spa are available on a first come first serve basis.

Guests and visitors must send us their identification cards in advance so we can submit them to the admin office of our condo association for processing of the visitor’s authorization form.

There are 2 major cell service provider in the Philippines: Smart Communications and Globe Telecom. SMART Communications has cellular signal in our unit. Globe Telecom has not installed a satellite near Palm Tree Villas so GLOBE does NOT have signal in our unit. We have Wi-Fi in the unit so you can use FaceTime, Face Book, Messenger, Whats App, Viber or other social media app to stay connected with friends and family.

Our SkyCable Broadband service is 40Mbps and it comes with 60 cable channels. Unfortunately, we don’t have Netflix or HBO.
