This luxury 3br is the perfect villa for groups who like their privacy but also plan to be active touring all Tulum has to offer. The open layout of the main living area with gourmet kitchen spacious living room with large L shaped couch, all that opens up to the back pool area with area to tan, or just lounge in the shade.
The gourmet kitchen has been stocked to have private chefs, or cook extravagant meals your self. There are few items needs to prepare a meal that you won't find.
The outdoor and indoor dining areas provide more than enough space to have a proper sit down meal with the entire group. You can either have the Sonus audio system on, or watch netflix while you eat with the 72 inch smart TV.
The 3 suites all have en suite bathrooms and large walk in closets. The house consists of:
- 3 King beds,
- 1 Queen bed
- Sleeper sofa

The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and the sleeper sofa TV area. 1 rooms has 1 kings, while the other is a king master suite. The downstairs room has a queen size bed.
The house has high speed wifi.
Guests have access to the entire villa and outdoor areas and is private to our guests only.
This neighborhood is small with just 5 houses in it. It is a gated community in the easter part of region 15 that is just a short 5 minute drive to the beach or 5 minute drive to town. The perfect middle location.
Taxis are readily available but can be expensive especially with larger groups. Ask your concierge about private transportation with vans. Can save you a lot of money!
please note that Tulum is a small community still underdevelopment. What makes this tiny little puebla amazing also can cause periodic inconveniences as the infrastructure is not that of major big cities you may be used to.
so please note that you may experience interruptions in things like water, electricity and/or wifi during your stay. Our team is dedicated to resolving any issues as soon as possible but there are factors that are out of our control!
The house is located in a newer part of Tulum so cell service can be poor for certain people depending on their carrier. But with the high speed wifi you will be fine for wifi calling, and video calling.
Also the city is under a huge amount of development right now so there are construction noises all around. please be aware that sometimes the noises are louder than others but in general are tolerable to sleep. constructions is only allowed during the day.
please make sure that you lock all doors and windows for the protection of your things when you are not in the home. there is 24 hour security in aldea zama but it's necessary to keep all doors and windows locked to keep the home and your belongings safe.
