Our newly renovated & charming 1-bedroom bungalow has everything you need for your Brownwood, TX stay.

Centrally located near downtown Brownwood and Howard Payne University. Conveniently walk to The Lehnis Railroad Museum or Depot Plaza and enjoy events put on by the Chamber of Commerce. Take a short 1/2 mile drive to downtown & experience the local shops & restaurants.

If you need more space, book Station B too & enjoy the entire property privately.

Comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests, the unit comes with a laundry center, Wi-Fi, and laptop-friendly workspace. During your stay, you can also enjoy using a fully equipped kitchen, natural gas fireplace for a cozy movie night, and shared patio space with outdoor fire pit.

A Great Stay!

Station A was ADORABLE. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. We also very much enjoyed the shared fire pit and patio. We were in town for a family reunion and this place was perfect. Far enough away that we could dip out early and close enough so we DIDN’T have to stay at a certain place closer to the site. Cozy, comfy, and a beautiful aesthetic. Check-in was extremely easy and our hosts were very quick to address any questions we had. We look forward to coming again next year!

Cozy and Convenient

We enjoyed being so close to the grocery store, restaurants and the historic downtown. We came to see and experience Intermission Bookstore and will check out the museums before we head home.

The property was great and the host was very Accommodative to my additional requests. It was very quiet as well. I would stay there again. It was just me and my daughter so it is safe for a family stay.

One of the Best

I frequently stay at many rental properties as I travel a lot. This is one of the best places I have stayed at. We had everything we needed to cook and make our stay here very comfortable. The shower was heavenly, and the water pressure was amazing! The outdoor area had cornhole boards, a gas grill, a gas firepit, and comfy chairs. They even had bug spray and tabletop tiki torches with extra fuel. There were so many extra touches. I loved the industrial theme through out. We are planning to stay here again!

Everything was excellent!

Everything was better than expected. The cottage/house has been remodeled top to bottom inside and out. You can see the attention to detail throughout the whole place from the snacks in the kitchen to the dishes. The bed is great with nice linens and having a washer and driyer was a nice feature. The bathroom shower had a rain shower head with plenty of pressure. The living room had a gas fireplace if you were visiting in the cooler months. Finally the covered patio with a gas fire pit, grill and a couple a seating options gave a nice place to finish off the day. I would highly recommend staying at Station A. The owners got back to me super fast with answers to any questions I had I really can't say enough good things about our stay.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We wanted to have part in the local revitalization of Brownwood and made the decision to purchase these two little bungalows, in desperate need of some TLC, with hopes to give people an opportunity to easily explore and experience the little town we love. Being located near an old railroad station outpost, it was only fitting to aptly name them "The Stations" and give them a railroad theme!
