This is a wonderful place to stay. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We were there for spring break and even though it was busy the staff does everything they can to keep things running smoothly. Thank you!

Girls weekend for momma and baby girl

We had a grest visit! The condo was beautiful larger than expected and clean. It was a great home away from home for the week. The resort itself was beautiful again larger cleaner far better than what we could have expected.

Beautiful Resort!

The room was so spacious and clean! Kids really enjoyed the pool deck, especially my son (6) who loved the slide and kiddie play area. There as a lot of hotel staff and all were super friendly. Would definitely return!

Great location and amenities

Was in town for a week with my wife and stayed at this great vacation resort that provides really good service and amenities had a little issue with AC when we first arrived they quickly resolved the issue and had us cooling down within 30 minutes. Stayed last year as well will be back again

Summer Vacation

The only issue we had was the impression that it was Oceanfront and we got city view. It would have been nice to know we had to request oceanfront/ocean view. Concierge was a little pushy about taking their tour, but we let them know we were in no way interested.

Slightly disappointed

Got in much later than expected due to flight delay, check-in process went great, Paul was helpful with food options as that was limited so late at night. Was sad to see the lazy river was out of commission (one reason I booked this property), 1 of the hottubs out as well, thankfully they had 2 more, although the jets in one didnt work. Had a jetted tub in room that also didn't work, they offered to come up and fix the next but we declined...didnt want that mess during our stay (no easy entry) I understand it's the off season, but I feel like that was alot to not be working during our stay. Nice thing is they don't pressure you to sit thru the sales pitch. Asked during the initial check-in, and a follow up call, and that was it. Most of the employees were very nice and helpful.

Excellent condo, great location but the sales pitches cast a shadow

The condo itself is beautiful! Partial ocean view from the balcony. Exceptionally clean and spacious. Very family friendly! Loved the arcade access and the fact that the everything is interior. Other condos have the elevators on the outside in the heat but this was so wonderful. Add that the parking garage access so close by you really can’t ask for a better experience. That said, the predatory sales pitches leave a lot to be desired. From holding the room keys hostage until you get a seminar time booked and deposit paid that’s only refundable if you show up to the harassing phone calls and texts and even being approached and pitched AGAIN while at a restaurant not even near the condo… this cast a shadow. One sales pitch I get but exhausted at check in with a disabled veteran who didn’t have his hearing aids in and couldn’t understand what was happening is not a good look. I will be writing to Club Wyndham directly about this process and approach. In regards to the rest of the stay, no complaints about the condo. AC was always running extremely well and essentials were restocked upon request quickly. Quiet time was honored and we had no issues with staff or guests. The amenities were all open and in order, kept clean and security was friendly and maintained a constant presence adding to the overall comfort of the trip with our small child. Aside from the sales pitches, we loved our trip and would love to return at some point.
