Lavender hues and an abundance of natural light greet you as you walk into this cozy two-bedroom Poolside Cottage. Located steps away from Sunrise Pool and Fitness Center, an early morning workout or an afternoon swim could not be more convenient.

The living room is open to the shared kitchen and dining space, making it easy to stay connected to the action in the living room while you prepare a meal in the kitchen. Cuddle up on the queen sleeper sofa and turn on a movie or grab a game off the shelf and enjoy a family game night. The Smart TV allows for watching cable or connecting to your preferred streaming platform.

In the kitchen, the expansive, multi-purpose island serves as a meal prep space, kitchenware storage and dining table. Don’t forget to pack your favorite Keurig pods or ground coffee! The K-Duo coffeemaker offers the ability to make either a single-serve cup of coffee or an entire carafe with ease.

Just outside the mudroom awaits the private backyard with a hot tub, gas grill and outdoor seating. The Adirondack chairs make it easy to kick back and keep the chef company as they grill dinner on a warm evening, and the private hot tub is a wonderful place to relax after a full day of fun at Sunrise Pool, on the trails, and at the beach.

Upstairs, the bunk bedroom features a full-over-full bunk, perfect for stretching out for a snooze. The built-in drawers below are stocked with Legos and kid’s books, and don’t forget about the Figgy play couch. It's perfect for fort building or settling down to read your favorite story. Just down the hall, the primary king bedroom is a peaceful place to rest and recharge for another fun day ahead. Unobstructed forest views and pitched ceilings make this a calming retreat at the end of a busy day.
