This home offers the utmost in relaxation and entertainment. On the main level, there is a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a large shower. The upstairs primary suite features a king-size bed, private bathroom with a large shower, access to the balcony with stunning mountain and park views, and a Roku TV. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a large closet while the bunk room includes two triple bunk beds that sleep six and a Roku TV. The upstairs loft is complete with a king-size sleeper sofa, Xbox and an old-school arcade game with 300 classic games to enjoy. The two-car garage is equipped with a ping pong table and a 65-inch TV for entertainment. The backyard is ready for barbecue fun with a hot tub, grill, and outdoor seating. It's the perfect spot for grilling and taking a private soak in the fenced-in yard.

Beautiful Home!

We rented this vacation home b/c it was not in the hustle and bustle of Springdale and it served us well. It is in a new constructed area and while construction is still taking place on the next phase, it didn't bother us too much since we were getting up very early each morning. Construction could be a huge issue if you planned to sleep in, had a baby who napped, or just wanted to hang out in the beautiful space during the day. The owners thought about what families would appreciate when they were on vac. There was an arcade game and foosball in the upper level that would be perfect for kids. We took advantage of the ping-pong table in the garage and the pickleball courts down the street that are lit up at night (Glad our unit was nowhere near these bright lights!) There should be a timer on the lights rather than having to have them on 100% of the time. They used every inch of the backyard for a putting green, a much appreciated hot tub and a sitting area, fire table and grill (We didn't use either of these). At night, we could appreciate the endless stars. We could not sit outside for breakfast due to construction starting promptly at 7:00 a.m. Kitchen was well labeled and we found that there were plenty of supplies. It was a pleasure to fix meals there while others sat in the dining area and den area b/c it was all open. The home was very clean and I was so pleased that they did not use a lot of room deodorizers that we have experienced in other rentals. The home is located in a great location- walkable to the Pig's Ear, a restaurant with wonderful food (not a lot of ambiance but great meals), a 5 min. drive to WalMart where we ordered groceries, and close to amenities of pickleball and pool (we didn't use pool) and as construction in the whole area ends, this will be a perfect sought out location. Hurricane is growing quickly! Communication is the rental company was easy and professional and we would stay there in a heartbeat if we came back to Zion.

Truly one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed. Great location for visiting Zion. Beautiful townhouse with everything you could possibly ask for. So much for our grandchildren to enjoy from the hot tub, to ping pong and putting green The complex pool area was fantastic. Exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend this property.

Good Times, great value

This property was great, actually. Everything worked-- having the kitchen was wonderful. Games, access to pool, weights room, hot tub, grill, all that was really nice. We did great hikes in Zion, Bryce, North Rim. No complaints.

Fantastic Rental

Had a great time at this Vrbo. Clean, friendly, and within short driving distance of multiple stores and shops. Plenty for the kids to do when we weren’t out on the trails hiking. Would highly recommend and will likely be using this place again in the future.

Issues with unannounced access to unit, and left door wide open while we were sleeping.

Accommodations were great. My only issue is twice people entered the house without our knowledge. We got an email that the spa tech MIGHT come but someone came two other times with no notification for different reasons. They took the trash out (I thought we were to do that) and I think to change the air filter because I saw them in trash later. The second time was very early, and we were home sleeping, and they left the front door wide open! It was very unsettling. A text that they were expected, and approximate time would have been appreciated.

Good but internet is inconsistent

We had a great stay. The property was clean and the amenities were lots of fun. We would give this a full 5 star rating if we didn't experience major internet problems. The first night there was no internet and once it was up and running it was too slow to even do a video work call or watch a movie. This was a working trip so internet was essential not just for entertainment. The management team was fairy quick in their response time but we had to figure out our own solution. If you don't need internet I would highly recommend this property.

Loved this home!!

Our kids loved the heated lazy river! We also enjoyed having the hot tub to ourselves. Plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean. We loved the family friendly home and area.

Couples MTB Weekend

Fantastic townhome for 3 couples each having their own ensuite. Hot tub great. Looks like set up well with family and kids as well. Great location near our favorite bike rides.

Perfect for visiting Zion

We were hiking and biking all over the Hurricane/Zion/Virgin area and this was a perfect base camp for us. Nice to come home to a hot tub in our back yard, and with the yard being fenced in, we had the privacy we wanted. We enjoyed the Zion Village Resort complex, and used the clubhouse for two of our four nights, as we had others in the complex staying in different units. We will totally come back!

Hurricane Business Week

We absolutely loved the property we selected. The house was more than accommodating and the floor plan was perfect. If you have a family with kids or adults there was plenty to entertain both. Bedrooms with bathrooms were perfect. Walk in showers. There are on-suites upstairs and down stairs. Close to everything. We will absolutely be staying again. Denise ~ MadDashMixes

Great Labor Day Weekend Stay

We had a great stay over the holiday weekend. The condo is HUGE! Much larger than it looked from the outside. Everything from check-in to checkout went smoothly.

Modern, comfortable stay

Overall very happy with the condo. There was a ton of space for everyone. Beds were very soft so depending on your preferences could be good/bad. Condo was very clean and had pretty much everything you might need. Kitchen did not have a coffee machine but did have a kureg. Was a bit disappointed that every bed side table had loose screws in it. In a couple of the bathrooms there were unmounted shelves and very few hangars and no dressers. For a space this modern, I was a bit surprised. It didn’t really cause an issue for us.
