**KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING ROOM**

The kitchen has everything a chef could ask for: a wide range of small appliances, including a Keurig, mixer, blender, toaster and more with plenty of dinnerware, silverware and pots and pans...even seasonings! All major appliances with a startup dishwasher detergent. Head out to 1 of 2 wrap-around porches and grill your favorite meal on the propane gas grill. Enjoy eating outside with the peace of nature and fresh air at one of three dining tables on the wrap around porches.

The dining room seats 8, has stunning views on three sides with 20+feet VAULTED CEILINGS. A 180 degrees view makes for a wonderful place to enjoy dining, cards, games and coffee. There is additional seating at the 4 stool breakfast bar and a child's highchair. Decorative placemats in the sideboard.

The living room has newer and very comfy seating. Equiped with large smart HD Roku TV with DVR and surround sound bar to enjoy a favorite movie, or try one of the many DVR movies available in the drawered chest.
For those times when you or your little one want to warm up, settle into the recliner or childs rocker close to the electirc fireplace. The ceiling fan provides soft air flow and ambient lighting while accent lamps provide great reading light.

**GAMEROOM**

The Gameroom is furnished with a handsome slate top Pool table, and a 60 game arcade the kids will love, including the classic Pac-Man game. There is a large, game console ready, Roku Flat Screen TV for the kids plug and play games. Addtionally, there are board games and checkers for all ages.

Admire expansive views out the oversized cathedral windows while relaxing on the comfortable sofa or stools while waiting your turn to shoot. The sofa folds out for a Queen sleeper!

**OUTDOORS LIVING**

Bask in the morning sunrise as you sip your coffee on one of two wrap around covered decks. Stimulate your senses rocking on the deck, breath in crisp mountain air as you listen to nature's song birds and experience wildlife sightings. Choose to unwind after a hike in the mountains on either deck with plenty of seating and an adorable gliding bench! Cook up your favorite meal with the propane gas grill. End your day admiring the magestic sunset while soaking in the Hot Tub. Located on the lower deck with privacy.

The wonderful thing about this cabin is you get to take advantage of lovely views without precarious drives up the side of a mountain, but all the seclusion you could hope for and NO HASSLE CHECK IN!

Guest Access:
Be our guest at the "Smoky Mountain Bliss" cabin and have access to the entire cabin for your vacation; with the exception of the owner's closet which stores housekeeping supplies. DO NOT ALTER or dismantle the lock in any manner. There are 3 to 4 paved parking areas for your use while vacationing at the cabin. Before your stay you will need to complete and sign the Rental Agreement.

The cabin is equipped with a security system that you may arm for safety.
The directions and access code are available in the cabin welcome notebook. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE ANY CODES!!

Access and Enjoy all the amenities The Grandview Resort offers!
**Free entry to the resort's sports pool, hot tub, and the kiddie pool with splashing spout water!
Open Memorial Day until Labor Day.
**Also within the resort you have access to the Wahoo Zipline! Take advantage of the half off price
for being a guest at Grandview.

There are outdoor security cameras on the exterior of the cabin, for your safety. DO NOT attempt to alter the cameras or disconnect the Wifi in any way. Any effort to alter or disconnect either the security cameras or Wifi will result in a $150 fine, and possible eviction.

Check in is at 4 pm and Check out is 10 am. Please don't arrive early or leave late. The housekeeping staff needs this time to clean for the next guest

The Neighborhood:
We are located in the beautiful Grandview Resort. Within the center of all the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountians. The cabin is a close ten minutes to all the main attractions of Pigeon Forge and Dollywood but far enough away to have peace and quiet from the busyness of all the attractions. Just right for a perfect vacation!

Getting Around:
The cabin has easy access from the strip in Pigeon Forge with no scary hills or roads! There is paved parking with space for 3 to 4 vehicles. All flat parking.
The area attractions are best accessed by vehicle. But once you arrive walking to many attractions is easy.

Other Things to Note:
Check in is at 4 pm and Check out is 10 am. Please don't arrive early or leave late. The housekeeping staff needs this time to clean for the next guest.

Between 24 and 48 hours before your arrival, we will message you with directions, your door code, and other check-in details.

The Hot Tub is emptied and sanitized after each guest stay and will be filled for your vacation. The water temperature takes a few hours to come up to the 100' minimum after cleaning and refilling. Please allow additional time the first day. The temperature setting should not be over 104 degrees for health and environmental safety. Please follow all posted Hot Tub Rules for the duration of your vacation. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

The cabin will have start-up supplies of Paper Towels, Toliet Paper, Dishwasher Detergent, laundry soap and hand soap. During your stay you will likely need to supplement with your own and will need to bring your personal tolietry items. Walmart and Kroger are ten minutes away.

Policy for Pets: In consideration of all guests, PETS ARE NOT allowed. This policy is strictly enforced; If you bring in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $500, and you will be asked to leave without refund.

We do NOT offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or anything else outside of our control. We do highly recommend investing in travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances.

There must be NO FIRES IN OR AROUND THE CABIN! Because of the nature of fire and wood, OUR AREA IS AT HIGH RISK FOR SEVERE DAMAGE!
UNAUTHORIZED FIRES (including candles and other flame devices) WILL BE CHARGED A MINIMUM OF $50 PLUS DAMAGES!
