Whether you're a snow bird, relocating to the area, retiring and looking for short term housing, or if your home is under renovation, our beautiful 3BR/2.5BA home is the perfect place for a 3-20 week short term stay.
Located in a central location just minutes from major hospitals and UF with shopping and dining nearby at Tioga Towne (less than 2 miles away,) and Oaks Mall, and Butler Plaza both less than 8 miles away.
The spacious gourmet kitchen offers beautiful quartz countertops and is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and baking. There's a Keurig coffee maker (with pods included), a French Press, a toaster, microwave,air-fryer, and a brand-new stove & refrigerator with filtered water and ice. There's also a new washer and dryer in the laundry room along with all the comforts of home.
The master bedroom is on the main floor and includes an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a very large walk-in closet, and an adjustable base with a cooling memory foam mattress. The adjustable base also includes a massage feature.
The 2nd bedroom features a memory foam mattress, a walk-in closet, and a writing desk with a chair.
The 3rd bedroom is the perfect office with a large work desk, wireless printing, and a twin-sized trundle daybed (sleeps 2). This room can also be used as an additional bedroom.
The office and each bedroom have large wall-mounted TVs and large walk-in closets.
