Cozy and Elegant 3 bed/2 bath/ neighborhood pool

Welcome to our Cozy and Elegant property located in one of the best areas in San Antonio, close to sea world, six flags, downtown and much more. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
The space
This property has 3 bedrooms with 1 bed on each room, master bedroom has a king size bed , and the other 2 rooms have a full size bed on each room, the queen beds shown on the amenities are actually full size bed because it doesn’t allow me to put a full size bed . we also provide 1 extra inflatable mattress in case it’s needed and a sofa bed in living room area .house has a ring bell and a cámara in the front and a cámara in the back back they are disconnected ..

My husband and I stayed here for a week to visit our new grandson. The house was perfect for our little getaway. I highly recommend this beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. The host was very responsive with any of our needs.

Anniversary stay

It was my husband and It was 23-year wedding anniversary and we took my sister and her companion with us. I loved everything about the stay and is willing to come back soon.

Family Friendly

The house was perfect for the number of travelers & in a good neighborhood, but the card for the pool was not working therefore we were unable to swim. We typically look for a pool or hot tub & was disappointed that an amenity we were looking forward to was not available to us. There were some damages that I made sure to take pictures of to ensured we were not blamed for damages as that has happened to us in the past. Overall, a good stay.

Great location

The home is perfect for my family. Its nice and new. The only issue was not enough utensils. The rule is double the occupancy and there were only 4 forks so we I had to eat my dinner with a knife and spoon. Im sure the host will get more utensils. I would definitely come back and would call it a 5 star stay. The host has everything for bringing a toddler so if you have one i recommend this place.

Seaworld Trip

Very cute house and perfect size for our family. Check in was at 3pm, didn't get check in info until after 4pm after trying to contact the owner and Vrbo. The swingset is not what was pictured, it was inot safe for my grandkids to play on. The grass was tall and not mowed. Community pool and playground was closed to the public and not usuable. The house was nice and clean and in a good neighborhood.

House equipment needs to be Maintenanced cookware has been burnt beyond use swing set in the back is broken and unsafe tree branches piled in the yard bugs and snakes bbq pit is rusted out holes in the walls behind doors broken microwave and ice maker blood stains on one of the bedspreads and sheets Beds and couch were comfortable with some tlc this could be a great place

Comfy and convenient

This place was a good place to stay if you’re going to SeaWorld! It was near everything like HEB, chick fil a, whataburger and of course sea world! It was clean! The beds were comfy! The showers were good and everything worked the way it was supposed to. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because the pictures show a good play ground in the backyard and when we got there the playground was not safe there was a tree hanging over it where there was a lot of bugs and there was missing pieces. Another thing was the community pool was closed and since the pool was included in the photos we had planned to go and it ended up being closed. However the community playground was nice and fun and safe for two year olds that made up for it! Overall it was a good stay and I would stay here again but plan my day out and about instead of the pool or the back yard!
