Our 3-story Townhome offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, an abundance of amenities, and features to ensure our guests have an unforgettable stay.

On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with a queen-size bed. You'll also find the living room, a cozy fireplace, and a 55 inch flat-screen TV. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, including a coffee maker, dishwasher, and a refrigerator. Guests can also enjoy a formal dining area, perfect for entertaining.

The bedrooms are all spacious and feature luxuriously soft beds with room-darkening shades, perfect for a good night’s rest. The master bedroom, located on the third floor, has a king-size bed and a 55 inch flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub. There is also a walk-in closet, perfect for storing luggage and clothes.

The bathrooms are all neat and equipped with complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Guests can also enjoy clean white towels and white linens, as well as a washer and dryer for added convenience.

The Townhome also has a spacious backyard with a private patio, perfect for barbecues and outdoor entertaining. There is also a two-car garage for those who prefer to park indoors.

You will have full access to the house which also includes the 2 car garage. You are also welcome to use the dishwasher, washer and drying machine, or any of the kitchen appliances.

Our Townhome is perfect for short and long-term stays, as well as for hosting events and parties. We have a strict no-smoking policy, and no pets are allowed. We also have security cameras installed at the front door/ front porch for added safety.

This beautiful Townhouse is located in a charming and friendly Houston neighborhood. The property is conveniently located close to a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, and markets.

Less than 2 miles away, you will find District 7 Grill, Rodeo Goat, Rodeo Goat, Grotto Downtown, Levy Restaurant and many more places to enjoy some tasty food.
