Luxurious Poconos 3BR Vacation Home with GAME ROOM
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. You will not be disappointed! My gated community was voted the #1 gated community for vacations in the Poconos area. We have amenities that cover the desires of all ages. From our private ski area, to our indoor tennis courts and 4 outdoor & 2 indoor pools. There are so many activities to take advantage of all year around. You, your family and friends will love what our home offers!
The space
Very spacious open floor plan with a finished basement that has an arcade game room
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, except for the garage and one locked closet.
***We will leave our 6 amenity fobs (badges) for you to use free of charge while staying at our house. The amenity fobs (badges) will give you access to the pools, beach, lakes, ski slopes area (not including ski rentals or lift passes) and all other amenities in the gated community. Any additional guest fobs (badges) will need to be purchased from the HOA members office when you arrive. (children under 5 do not need to use an amenity fob for access).
***IMPORTANT
In the case that you lose or do not return our amenity fobs (badges), You will have to pay a $30 fee per amenity fob to have them replaced. Please treat these amenity fobs (badges) as you would treat cash and do not leave them unattended when enjoying activities in the gated community.
Other things to note
Once your booking is confirmed, there will be an additional $50 non-refundable registration fee, along with a registration form to fill out. This fee is for the home-owner's association in our gated community. The request for the $50 fee will be requested after your booking is confirmed. The registration form and fee will need to be submitted within 48hrs of your stay. If you do a last minute booking or send back the registration form within 48hrs or less of your stay, the HOA charges a $75 non-refundable registration fee for last minute bookings (bookings within 48hrs).
