New Build Mimosa Sunrise with Xmas Tree, Fire Pit, 2x Appliances, Theater and EV

Welcome to Mimosa Sunrise, a newly-built luxury log cabin, which was completed in February 2023. Mimosa Sunrise is a stunning 6 bedroom, 6 1/2 bathroom modern mountain lodge with an impressive list of amenities. As you pull into the flat circle drive and walk through the double doors, you will be amazed at the magnificent views of the Smoky Mountains from this large 3 story cabin!

Mimosa Sunrise has enough room for multiple families and couples. The adults will be happy with the four king bed suites and one suite with two queen beds, each having a dedicated full bathroom. The kids and kids at heart will be ecstatic with their sleeping options, including a bunk room that sleeps up to 8, a cabin bed with trundle, a futon, and a daybed with trundle (in one of the king bed rooms, ideal for kids who want to sleep in the same room as their parents). For the comfort of all guests, this cabin is recommended for no more than 16 adults and for no more than 20 guests total, including adults and teenagers/kids who can sleep on the bunk beds, daybeds and futon.

Located off of Wears Valley Road, you will find an entertainment paradise! This cabin offers a wide variety of amenities such as two extensive mountain view game areas: (1) the loft with a pool table and large solid wood poker table and (2) the lower level game room with ping pong, air hockey, foosball, Boss Toss bean bag game, Golden Tee (with 88 unique 18 hole courses) and Multicade arcade system (containing tons of classics like Pac-Man, Galaga, Frogger, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders, Ms. Pac-Man, etc.). The lower level also contains a theater room with comfy reclining theater seats and a massive 86` QNED 4K TV with premium cable, On Demand and access to your personal streaming services (through Xfinity). Children will have fun in their very own cabin playhouse/bed and playing Xbox One X in the bunk room. The cabin also has a corn hole set that can played on the covered decks or on the flat driveway in front of the cabin.

Mimosa Sunrise features a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen with soft close cabinets and granite countertops. Feeding a large group is a breeze with 2 ovens, 2 built-in microwaves, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, pots and pans, cooking utensils and ample counter space to prep. All guests will be able to dine together on the 2 large tables, long kitchen island with 5 stools, and 2 outdoor dining tables and kid table on the covered area just outside the dining area.

Looking for a more laid back environment? This cabin also offers your very own large hot tub and a resort-style gas fire pit. Rock your cares away in the cabin’s many rocking chairs and two porch swings. Each morning, you can awake to beautiful mountain views that leave no doubt why they are called the Smoky Mountains.

In this 24/7 world, we can rarely getaway from our jobs. Mimosa Sunrise has its own mountain-view log desk and chair, and fast Wifi.

Mimosa Sunrise has a dedicated housekeeping crew that cleans and maintains it to high standards (most cabin rentals are serviced by rotating crews who clean many cabins per day). We have two full sets of luxurious sheets and towels for the cabin that are meticulously cleaned and switched out before each stay, so you are not dealing with linens that were previously used in a cabin that allowed smoking, pets or fraternity parties. We have added liquid hand soap to each sink to ensure that all guests can continue to keep themselves and others germ-free.

Also, if you decide to leave your mountain paradise, you are only minutes away from the attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Enjoy attractions such as Dollywood, Dolly Parton`s Stampede, or The Island in Pigeon Forge. ***This isn`t a late night party spot or a crash pad. Please be respectful and take care of it as if it were your own. Additionally, per the terms of our rental agreement, YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER in order to rent this cabin. Otherwise you must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian /group leader.

***Mimosa Sunrise is located on a road with large newly-built cabins. All cabins before you get to Mimosa Sunrise and across the street have been completed. There is on and off construction on the lot next door, however the builder has informed me that they will primarily be working on the pool in February, March and April 2025 and that work shouldn`t bother any guests of Mimosa Sunrise. Although there is a possibility of some other construction activities past Mimosa Sunrise, we do not anticipate any significant construction noise that would negatively affect your stay. Any construction typically occurs during the normal Monday to Friday business hours when guests typically enjoy the National Park and numerous other area attractions and restaurants. Most importantly, none of this construction will affect the incredible unobstructed mountain views that guests experience inside the cabin and on its spacious decks.

Guests have access to the entire cabin except for 3 small locked utility rooms / owner closets.

Although I am not available in person, I am just a text or cell phone call away. I answer my phone 24/7 and contact my housekeeping and maintenance crew that live less than 10 minutes from the cabin. Their response rate and time is excellent.

There are 3 security cameras that record activity on the driveway, parking area and front porch. Those cameras are video only (no audio). There are no cameras inside the cabin or on any of the back decks.

Approximately one week before a guest`s stay, I email guests the check in information. This information contains the door code so you can go directly to the cabin at the 4:00PM check in time. That information also contains the cabin address, directions, what is and isn`t included, how to work things in the cabin, check out reminders, etc.
