Fully appointed modern kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedroom is comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sleeper sofa for guests seeking additional sleeping accommodations, a shared laundry area, board games, a shared backyard, on-street parking, free high-speed WiFi, and keyless access.

Please note that the laundry and outdoor areas are shared with the full-time tenant on property.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Hibernation around here usually starts mid-December through the beginning of April. Often we don't see evidence of bears till well into fall because they stay in the upper elevation. After April there may be some bear activity in the neighborhood.
