Peaceful Secluded Farmhouse - 10 minutes from Bonner's Ferry

Sparrow Ranch is the perfect place for those wanting peace and quiet. Sit out on one of the decks and listen to nothing but nature and take in the open beautiful views. The home has been recently updated with new furnishings throughout. New mattresses will also provide a good nights sleep. Each room of the home is nicely appointed and comfortable. The property is a great place to read, play games, do puzzles, watch movies and just relax. Both family rooms have smart TV's to stream your favorite movies and TV programs. Nights are wonderful for sitting around the fire and enjoying the amazing night sky. Plenty of parking space to bring your RV, Truck and or Trailers with attached toys. There are many lakes and rivers within short distances to enjoy fishing and all other water sports and activities. Wonderful scenic walks and hikes in the area can easily be found. Come and enjoy our home and learn for yourself why we have fallen in love with this property and the greater Boundary county area.

Everything was very clean the bedrooms and bathrooms and the floors were very clean. The house was wonderful and the setting perfect. We used the fireplace and it added so much comfort and ambience. The grandkids loved all the space to run around and be kids. This house was perfect for us to celebrate an early Christmas. We will most definitely stay there again. The host, Monty was great. Anytime I had a question he answered right away. Very easy to communicate with.

Every year we have our Family Thanksgiving in Bonners Ferry. This home has been the absolute BEST home we have stayed at... The large living spaces, the fireplace and then the snow that arrived the first day we got there sealed the deal for us.... It was a Wonderful 2025 Thanksgiving and we look forward to coming back next year....

A very nice secluded, spacious and clean place I would highly recommend it. King bedroom has an attached bathroom.An other full bathroom upstairs with queen bed.2 dinning room tables. Spacious living room upstairs with ample seating. Downstairs an other TV and family room with couch, a queen bed, full bed and full bathroom. Came to visit family in town and it was perfect.

Peaceful Property

We loved our stay here. The house was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family to spread out. The views out the living room/bedroom windows were stunning!Monty was beyond helpful with our travel plans when we had to adjust last minute. We truly appreciated it.

Late Christmas With Visiting Family

This house had the perfect layout and plenty of room for the entire group. It had a nice big living room with plenty of seating for everyone and a nice fireplace. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Beautiful country

It was a great place to stay with family as we went up for our nieces wedding. The venue was the next driveway over, come to find out later. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing I would want is better supplies in the kitchen for cooking family style meals. And supplies like foil and saran wrap would be nice

Peaceful Country Setting

Beautiful home in a peaceful setting. We came to the area to meet with other family members for a celebration of life for my sister-in-law. Mr. Willhite contacted me to see if I had questions and was excellent to communicate with. We didn’t see any wildlife, but the stars were magnificent and we were even blessed to see the northern lights. I would highly recommend this home. .

Above and Beyond Spectacular

We were so pleased with this property and all of the extra's that were provided. The views were outstanding and we saw deer every morning and evening. I would absolutely recommend this property. Monty went over and above to make sure our stay was the best. We definitely will be back.

Beautiful views

Is a very nice house that was clean. Beautiful farm Fields. Getting to smell of the fresh cut hay. It only took a few minutes to get into town which was awesome. Very quiet area no noise whatsoever we got to hear coyotes at night yipping to each other. great decks for hanging out. I'd definitely stay again

Bonners Ferry

We really Enjoyed our time here. Our goal was to explore an area we had not been to in Idaho with family. Being able to have all on us under one roof made it so much more enjoyable. We found so many new places to explore and we will definitely be back.

This magnificent setting will soothe your soul.

Three families gathered to attend our brother's funeral and grieve our great loss. The views of nature from every window--along with the friendly quiet-- soothed our sad hearts. The house provided plenty of room for all 9 of us. My sister and husband were accompanied by their son and his two children. The pleasant, beautifully furnished daylight basement with two bedrooms, private bath, large family room and laundry room fit them perfectly and gave them privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed eating together in the dining room and separate breakfast room. Everything felt brand new, roomy, beautifully decorated and welcoming. Hosts were accommodating and adaptable. Hope we will have an opportunity to stay again.

We are Monty and Kathy Willhite. Our primary residence is in Alpine, UT. We were raised in Utah and Monty graduated from Brigham Young University. Monty has worked as a financial advisor for the last 35 years. Kathy raised a family of 5 children. To date we have 15 grandchildren.

We began to fall in love with northern Idaho when one of our son's and his family moved to this home for work. When he moved we chose to keep the home in the family and purchased the home from him. We love the location because of the solitude, quiet, and beautiful views. We also love all the beautiful lakes and rivers. The overall beauty of northern Idaho is hard to beat. Who needs to go to Europe.
