Piney Oak Lodge is an ideal location for your stay, offering a serene atmosphere that allows you to take in the stunning scenery while still being within a convenient 20-30 minute drive to major attractions. We strive to create a memorable experience for our guests and hope that you and your family will cherish your time here as much as we have.
Upon confirmation of your reservation, a Rental Agreement will be sent to you detailing the house rules. If you're not a fan of our rules, then you will have 48 hours to cancel your reservation.

*Check out 10 AM
*No Pets. Pets are not allowed.
*No Smoking of any kind. This includes vaping & marijuana.
*6 person max (not including infants)
*We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to bring more.
*2 car max
*We understand that sometimes accidents happen! If it is small, we will most likely not charge. If it is a bigger item, please contact us before you leave, so as to prevent any issues after your stay.
*Lock up the garbage in the trash bin.

*You are in the mountains and might see bears and bugs.
*Fun fact spiders can spin a web in 25 minutes.
*To get the amazing views, you have to go up the mountain. The road is windy and steep in some places. It is paved the entire way.
*Bears are dangerous! This is the Smoky Mountains and there are bears around!
*We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay unless requested. Only after you depart.
*There are two Alexa devices located in the cabin for you to use. The drop-in feature has been disabled.
*Master bedroom downstairs with attached bathroom
*Game area located in the loft area with a full-size bunk bed and additional full bathroom
*Located in the Preserve Resort
