Our family cabin, located on beautiful Lake George, is the perfect vacation cabin you've been looking for. The property is located near the center of Lake George, also providing you with access to the chain of lakes in the Fairmont Area.
After time on the lake, whether it be swimming, fishing, tubing or simply relaxing on the water, you can enjoy the great local parks Fairmont has to offer, with Lincoln Park just a few steps away. The cabin is also located close to downtown Fairmont, which offers shopping and delicious restaurants – all within walking distance.
Completely renovated in 2023, our property boasts 4 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with an open kitchen/dining room concept. The living room has large lake facing windows, for a relaxing view any time of the day. The kitchen is fully furnished to include a dishwasher and microwave.

Beautiful Place To Stay

So glad we found such a wonderful place to stay. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and beautiful view. The house was clean and welcoming. My family and I would love to stay there again.

Wonderful.

This is a beautifully updating property, better than expected. They thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The lake is quiet and stunning with a park right up the road. Such a perfect retreat not go far from the twin cities

Hidden gem!

We had such a great experience! The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. The house is very nice, and very clean. I was very impressed with the kitchen. They had an air fryer, really nice pans for cooking, and basically anything you would ever need and have at home! The lake is a hidden gem if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation without the traffic. Our kids loved the fishing off the dock, and how accessible it was for them. Will look forward to staying here again soon!

Summer getaway

The house and property were very well kept, super clean, and well thought out for guests. The kitchen was stocked with any and every appliance/utensil/pans/etc… you could ever need and very high quality to boot. The beds were very comfortable, the decor and furniture were beautiful, the “house rules” were easy to find and follow, the neighbors were friendly, and the attention to detail to make a person/family comfortable were spot on. We appreciated having “things to do/eat” information available as well. The host was very (quickly) responsive to any question we had prior to arrival. Would definitely recommend for a stay (long or short) and we will be returning next year.

Family getaway on the lake

We loved our stay! The host was very responsive and friendly. The house came completly stocked with all your kitchen necessities. Loved the quiet atmosphere and lake access for our three kids to run around and fish. The living room is the perfect set up for movie nights and you have a nice view of the lake. Friendly neighbors and we enjoyed the park right down the block. Highly recommended to anyone looking for some peaceful time by the lake. We enjoyed our time in Fairmont. Lots of great parks, aquatic park was amazing, good food and overall a nice town to visit.

Absolutely Amazing

This property is very clean. It has a pretty view of the lake with access to a dock. We did some fishing from the dock, and caught a variety of fish. There's a fun little play ground and beautiful park just down the street. Perfect for letting the little ones run off some energy. It also has a nice seating area next to the house for visiting, or enjoying breakfast. The neighbors are very kind and friendly. I won't hesitate to go back when I'm in Minnesota again!

Cute, Clean and Comfortable!

This house is very clean and comfortable. The host is kind and clearly communicative. One thing to note is that this lake is the smallest of the chain of lakes and is sometimes unable to be used as a swim spot due to green algae, it depends upon the way the wind blows according to neighbors. Fishing off the dock was great. If you have a boat it would be wonderful to enjoy swimming near the center of the lake or tubing, water skiing etc. We flew in from out of town so did not have our boat with us this time but it has a spot for camp fire near the water. There is a down sloped hill to walk down in order to get the dock (just to keep in mind for disabled or elderly guests). Also, I don't think it was shown in images but there is a basement toilet for those who can't wait for the bathroom to become available. Also, a cabin like shower and washer dryer in the basement;) The decor and amenities in this house made our stay really comfortable and enjoyable! We will book again if needs arise in this area.

Labor Day Wkend Getaway

Super friendly, fast responsive host! Wonderful about all of our pretrip questions! Our family of 10 very much enjoyed the house, lakes and town. The house was modern, clean & well stocked with towels. Dishwasher+soap, washer+soap & dryerwasher worked well & were newer. It was nice to have 4 separate bedrooms to allow for different sleeping schedules. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, dinner ware, pans, crockpot, air fryer, coffee makers & filters, towels, dish soap & dishwasher soap. There was salt and pepper and a few plastic utensils. We planned accordingly brought own spices, coffee, condiments, & a few paper plates, cups, plastic silverware for convenience. House had a foldable 6ft table & 6 extra folding chairs which we used each day when grilling. Lake front property was perfect for hours of play in the water for us. The dock had a ladder but the shore not set up for water entrance. A boat launch just short distance away, we put on our small boat and docked at the property. We also anchored lilypad and had a paddle board. The town had some nice bike trails, also bike routes on streets, easy riding. It's MN so flies and mosquitoes present but we sprayed and didn't get too bothered. We would definitely book again!

The house was super clean and had everything we needed! We had one small issue that the manager fixed the best she could super fast. She was great to communicate with and we really appreciated that. Lake view was gorgeous.
